The website indicated that the item I wanted was in stock so I ordered it. Got an email saying it would be delivered the following day. Then got an email and text indicating the one hour slot and it arrived by DPD as indicated. Well packaged and arrived in good condition.

I have now placed three separate orders with Dale over the course of a few weeks, having decided to make the move from my Lee 100 filter system to the bigger sister SW150 system. I found Dale on the web and liked the fact that they had a comprehensive list of filters, spares, adapter rings and the SW150 holder at very competitive prices with 10% off the entire range. I could also pay via PayPal which was a bonus and the postage methods were Royal mail which is always excellent and the opportunity to opt for DPD next day service if ordered before 3pm. The service was excellent with confirmation emails from Dale that payment had gone through, then details of the day that delivery would be made by DPD. I then received emails that evening from DPD and then confirmation of an hourly timeslot the next morning. Delivery was perfect and the Sw150 holder, nikon 14-24mm adapter ring and Sw150con adapter all arrived in perfect condition. A second order followed and again everything was spot on. On my third order despite paying for DPD, the parcel arrived via royal mail, and Aran from Dale checked the order out and refunded my postage cost which was amazing. As always the goods were perfect and I've now signed up with an account as I am so delighted with the company. Lee filters have closed down due to COVID-19 which is understandable, thus filters and adapters are hard to source at the moment, but for sure when all is well again and Dale have new stocks, I will return to purchase more. An excellent company with wonderful staff, great customer care skills, and superb service at really great prices. This was the first time I've used Dale Photographic and it was one of my best online shopping experience. They have a good selection of photographic items at very competitive prices and also a very fast delivery service. Staff were helpful with a telephone enquiry and go the extra mile. Highly recommended photographic retail and I will use them again.
