Feb 09,2019I recommend probably the best bicycle store in Glasgow in which I was, I recommend to anyone who wants to buy a bike nice reliable service, nice staff helpful, they can advise what to choose if you buy additional items such as fenders, etc. They mount in the store for free. So I recommend everyone to Dales Cycles who is looking for a bike.

Feb 02,2019Hi Dealt with a lot of bike shops in my time the guys I dealt with at Dales were fantastic,very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to purchase. When I had an IT issue with V12 finance they jumped on it and sorted it while I was on the phone.. Excellent service arrived on the correct day of booking (thumbs up) from me I will be using them again lol Andy

Jan 19,2019Excellent service. It's near on 250 miles from Glasgow to my home yet the bike was at my home in 27hrs!. All ok as well. A friend of mine ordered a bike from Wolverhampton which is less than 10 miles and it took 5 days!!

Jan 14,2019Bike was delivered very quickly in only 2 days! Fully assembled except for very few things that I did easily at home! The package also included the necessary tools to finish the assembly. Customer service was very helpful on the phone. I really recommend Dales Cycles for buying a new bike.

Jan 08,2019Ordered my bike online as it was a bit cheaper with a set of lights thrown in.. Had to ring the shop as I had an enquiry as to some of the bike component's and they were very helpful. Bike arrived in perfect order with all bolts nice and tight and I was off and riding my new 'giant' literally within ten Minutes.. Perfect

Feb 21,2019Great service. Bike arrived quickly and pretty much ready to go out of the box. All the necessary tooling was supplied to finish the job. Be warned the box is massive but the bike is well protected inside. They did miss an item from the order but responded swiftly when notified and dispatched on a next day service with apologies. Good stuff.
