After many months of trying to collect an outstanding debt, with little communication from the customer, we were fully expecting that we would not get paid. A quick call to Darcey Quigley changed all that. Within a day of providing all the details of the outstanding amounts, Stephanie was on the case, and had made contact with the customer. Despite getting the same poor response, she persisted and escalated the situation, keeping us informed at every step, and making sure we knew what was happening and what to expect. Within a few days, we had payment in full. But Stephanie was also successful in claiming all the Darcey Quigley fees for their work, as well as late interest charges and compensation for us! So, not only were all our costs covered, but we received more than the original debt, far exceeding what we expected. From looking at having to write off the debt, with a significant impact on our business, we had full (and then some) settlement. As a small business, with limited resources, the support of Darcey Quigley, from our account manager, Pauline, to our claim handler, Stephanie, has been outstanding. Communication was excellent, resolution exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend.

I wish I had found them sooner. After months of messages phone calls and even a visit we were getting no where with our outstanding invoices. Once calling Darcey Quigley we received payment in full in less than 24 hours. Darcey Quigley kept us informed at every step along the way and we are very pleased with their results. After weeks of e mails telephone and text message of trying to get paid for outstanding Invoices of work that had been carried out with no come backs at all and all work signed off, I passed the Invoices over to Darcey Quigley who I might add took actually one day to recover the money for our business. I'm a Director of a small Recruitment firm and we had be chasing an overdue invoice for nearly 2 months when I was pointed in the direction of Darcey Quigley. I had a tight deadline to get the invoice in and was being ghosted repeatedly by the company that was overdue. I reached out to Pauline who understood my situation and immediately acted upon it. She listened, asked for the trail, then offered us our options. She then got to work. I'd be chasing for 9 weeks and got nowhere, it took the Stephanie at Darcey Quigley 72 hours and it was in our bank account. I've been incredibly impressed. We were fully kept up to date and we got the result we wanted within hours. I know who to turn to if such a situation occurs again, I couldn't recommend enough!
