We had been trying for months with no success to recover any of the undisputed invoices. 2 hours after handing the case over we received our first remittance for over half the value. Incredible. Feb 27,2019After months of banging our heads against a brick wall over a client who was steadfastly ignoring our invoices, we found Darcey Quigley through an appeal for help on LinkedIn. I'm happy to say that their support and advice has been exemplary from day one. No one made us promises they couldn't keep, we have been kept up to speed throughout the recovery process and I am convinced no one could have worked harder on our behalf. When we began the process, I will admit I had little hope of seeing any of our money. However, to date, half of the outstanding debt has been recovered with the remainder expected through a payment plan negotiated with the debtor, who had already ignored CCJs against them and even a visit from the bailiffs. A five-star review is the least we can do in return for the diligence and excellent customer service provided by Lynne, Pamela and Lee-Anne.
