Initially we didn't think it was worth chasing payment of an outstanding debt from a customer, on the basis that it would take too long and the chances of payment were slim. However we found Darcey Quigley and decided we had nothing to lose. Within 24 hours they had organised part payment of our invoice from our customer, within 7 days they had secured a payment plan for the remainder. Honestly - best decision we ever made and we will certainly be using them to chase ALL long overdue invoices from now on.
