I provided all the information they needed and the Litigation department got to work straight away, the majority of the debt was paid that weekend and the final balance the following week. Katrina was incredibly efficient and clearly very effective.

I wanted to exhausted all my attempts on my own, but was having no luck so I finally decided to pull the trigger to work with them.
