I have been a customer of Dash since 18 months now, leasing an electric bike. Whenevr i have an issue or need maintenance, they have been super quick to reply and even visit my premises for maintenance within a maximum of 48 hours!!
The experience has been brilliant from start to finish. The Dash team have dealt with all our queries quickly and a so helpfully it's always a joy to speak with them. The billing is easy to understand and my Brompton has turned into me daily transport. About to sign up for another year and try something new.
Subscribing was really easy, delivery of the bike was fast, and every single query I have had has been answered swiftly and very politely. It's been a marvelous experience.

Amazing, very friendly, professional, kind. The bikes are amazing quality, but from what I’ve seen and heard the batteries are kind of fragile so just be careful to treat it very gently. However is highly recommend Special thanks to Tom!
excellent experience so far using Dash. Signed up, very easy process. Had help choosing a bike with a personal call back from a team member to help me decide on the pros and cons. Got authorised quickly through my HR. Now my commute is so much nicer and quicker than the bus journey I was taking and the bike is very high quality. Very helpful it includes helmet bike lock and insurance so I don't feel worried about using it.
The e-bikes comes with helmet, basic tools, and insurance, for your piece of mind. Managed by committed and skilled young professionals, Dash has an option of bike models you can choose from, and gives an excellent service. Overall great experience that I would recommend any day.
I've had a Volt Pulse from Dash for about 3 months now, and I absolutely love it. It makes my commute to and from work so much more pleasant, and saves me an absolute fortune in train fare. I received my bike with just over 100 miles on the ODO meter and a few small scratches - I have since done an additional 400+ miles. Very happy rider! The electric assistance is both convenient and sufficient, making my 5+ miles commute a breeze. I've also been happy with the service from Dash - they are quick to respond to any questions and are very accommodating.
Great experience! I had a couple of questions about the bike I wanted to choose and the overall process, and they were very quick to reply with very helpful answers. Delivery was quick and as expected. And even more importantly, I love the bike!

We've been using DASH for our company for the last few months and it's fantastic. From an employer point of view it works out completely cost neutral and is easy to administer - and our employees (including me) love the e-bikes. Highly recommended - the team are very responsive and happy to help at all stages.
Hiring a bike from DASH has been a great experience from start to finish - the onboarding process was straightforward (both for employer and employee) and Tom was particularly helpful in providing plenty of advice about the range of bikes on offer. I hired a Cowboy 4 myself which has been a fantastic experience and have ridden over 200 miles on it in the first month alone. Given the upfront cost of buying an e-bike like this, being able to rent one on a monthly basis and benefit from salary sacrifice is a huge advantage.

I've been renting my bike from DASH rides for more than 4 months now. Tom and his team have been very reliable and helpful along the way. I had to call once for a minor repair and within 2 days the problem was solved, Unfortunately, my bike was stolen after 2 months, but once again, DASH helped immediately to organise a replacement and keep me informed about the process. Excellent service so far, thank you!

I hired an e-bike from DASH through my employer approximately two months ago and haven't had any issues re payment / delivery / usage of the bike so far. Good price for a top quality bike that I otherwise would not have purchased (even through cycle to work scheme!). I cannot comment on what might happen in case of a bike breaking/being stolen but based on my experiences with DASH so far I would expect them to provide good customer support in such cases.
Dash bikes are really good. They are good way and affordable way to have a top of the range ebike. The customer service is excellent and the team are super helpful and easy to work with. I have just extended for another year happily and hope many more years to come. Any time I had a problem they always helped me and solved it. I would highly recommend them and the great team at Dash

Mar 01,2025I've had a lot of different cycleschemes in the past. This one is WAY faster than I would have even dreamed off and the after-care is second to none. As an example, I asked for one of my bikes on Tuesday afternoon. It's arriving tomorrow (Saturday) and the support I've received between now and then has been exemplary. Factoring in how good cycleschemes are anyway, I couldn't recommend this one any more highly.
