The bikes have been have transformed my daily commute as well as providing free, easy transportation in my personal life. Highly recommend!

Nov 24,2022A full 5-star review from me!! I cannot provide enough praise for the DASH team and I'm really enjoying my Cowboy 3. The process of signing up for my company was made easier by the support of the DASH team. David the co-founder (absolute gentleman) was available on the other end of the phone or by email in the initial phase to assist with getting my company on board. I tried out the bike options and got first-hand opinions from staff that were using the different bikes already. Their advice was right on the money and I've had my Cowboy 3 for 10 weeks now. I commute 10 miles each way for 5 days a week and it's made my journey enjoyable again despite the change in weather. My journey is 10 mins quicker and the journey is easier so I'm not picking up as many colds/flu/sniffles. Now I plan on riding to work all through winter, I save money on travel and I beat the tube strikes =) Originally, I bought into a 6-month contract but that will be extended as I couldn't imagine going back to my push bike. I couldn't rate this team, company, and bike highly enough. I love what they are trying to do with their company from a mission and values perspective. I'm looking forward to watching them getting people active and moving around London for many years to come!

Nov 22,2022DASH is a great concept and I’m glad my employer is working with them - the bikes are an affordable alternative to the tube and the model I have is excellent. It’s substantial so I feel safe and the battery lasts ages. They’ve thought of everything (lock, helmet etc) and everyone I’ve spoken to from the team have been helpful and friendly. I’m so pleased!

Nov 15,2022I took delivery of my Metro folding bike in September. I wanted a folding bike as it would be easier to store in my hallway as I didn't want to leave an electric bike outside the house at night .I was going to buy a Raleigh folding bike but this one is much sturdier and so comfortable to ride and am delighted with it .Chris and Tom at DASH are so helpful and no question is too much trouble for them . There was a small issue with my bike this week that was fixed the same day .The service the company offers is fantastic because my worry buying an electric bike from a high street retailer would be if there was an issue they would struggle with any maintenance issues which is why this scheme is so much more attractive .My commute is soo much faster , cheaper and cleaner for the environment which is fantastic . I would never go back to public transport . I can't recommend this company enough .

From the moment they delivered, I expressed concerns over burst shock absorber, and within 2 hours they picked up the bike to have it looked at then returned with a new bike for me to use. I have used my bike 5 days a week and accumulated over 500 miles so far. I will be extending my contract.

Oct 18,2022A great scheme delivered by a great team! Fast friendly advice on bikes that they have available and which would be suitable for the type of commute you take. Very friendly after sales service, Tom responded quickly to any questions, concerns, or to make arrangements. Any problems are sorted very quickly. A great idea to help busy commuters to get around and helping to reduce CO2 emissions whilst they do!
