Sep 07,2022Big ups to Dash Rides. We were coming over to UK from NZ for 5 weeks to visit family and were looking for ebikes to hire. While our request didn't fit with Dash's business model, they were the only company that responded with a reasonable offer to fit our needs. They couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. They are awesome people to work with. We bought a bike trailer to ferry our grandchildren. The bikes Dash offered were ideal for the purpose. The kids have loved going out biking out with us. Thank you Dash. You've helped to make our holiday very special.

Jul 17,2022Incredible experience with Dash rides from the demo of the different models at my office to the delivery to my front door. The team are all so friendly, professional and really enthusiastic about what they do. Answered all my many questions very patiently and even bought an extra bike to my house for my wife to try out. Since getting the bike am riding it most days - and errands like going to the local shops are now lot more fun. Also have been using the bike to have some quality "me time" doing things like exploring the countryside near the house, take the bike to my local swimming pool or gym or even just finding somewhere new to have a coffee. Its my new "meditation on wheels".

May 12,2022I wanted to try an e-bike but wasn't sure which one to get. Dash has allowed me to take the plunge and try a cowboy (great concept). The bike is brilliant and I am really enjoying it and also gets me extra exercise in the morning as well!

Apr 18,2022I’ve signed up for a Dash bike through work. I opted for 6 months as I wasn’t sure how I would get on with the ebike. I went for the Burlington Volt and I have to say both Dash and the Burlington have exceeded my expectations. Dash personally delivered the bike to my house and when I had an issue they came out the next day to fix it. My 6.5 mile commute used to take me between 40-45 minutes cycling on my normal bike. I’ve done one commute on my ebike so far and it took me 30 minutes. I’m sure I can get it down further once I’ve done it a few more times. I would highly recommend an ebike to anyone who is looking to reduce their commute time and Dash are a reliable company to go through.

Mar 31,2022Have just joined up and have Electric Brompton. It has taken all stress out of daily commute, get some fresh air and exercise, all set up for a day in the office, and the cycle home is a lovely wind down end of day. What a great team and great concept! Loving it.

Mar 11,2022It's a great initiative with a greater cause. I would strongly recommend everyone to try this out and Dash have helped me become more healthy, fit and environment friendly. They have fantastic service too. I had a small issue and it got resolved in a day. They made sure that any issue is dealt with utmost priority and satisfaction. They have a great offering to match various budgets which makes it really magnetic.

Feb 10,2022I love Dash Rides. Their service has been amazing so far. I had an issue with one of the pedal. I was stuck at the hospital with the broken pedal, I couldn’t go anywhere and I had to get to work after my doc appointment. Dash rides came to rescue me at the hospital just after my appointment. I got a bike replacement and I was able to get to work on time for my meetings. They literally made my day!!

The bike was brand new when I received it and I've been really impressed with the positive impact it's had on my commute. The team at DASH were really communicative and facilitated a super-quick delivery. Brilliant all round.

Jul 23,2021DASH is such a great alternative to other cycleschemes out there. Set up was seamless throughout the entire process (thanks to their outstanding customer support team) and the admin side of it is very easy to manage for our HR/ops/finance teams. A few of the reasons why I'd recommend this new e-bike subscription service to any person/company that hasn't already signed up: - DASH supports our company's 'net zero' commitments & goals; - our employees absolutely love their new, affordable e-bikes (they're riding more often & for longer durations); -unlike other cyclescheme programmes out there, at no point is the company out of pocket (DASH understands the negative impact that salary sacrifice schemes can have on a business' cashflow; they have done such a great job to ensure they're product offering doesn't do the same). Ultimately, it's a no brainer to include on your company's employee benefits package - no harm at all to sign up and check it out for yourself.

The bike is brilliant and the scheme makes it 100% viable where otherwise I would not be able to purchase the top of the range electric bike. Jul 13,2021Having started a new company, I found out that they were signed up with Dash a couple of my colleagues used the Dash bikes too and spoke highly of them. I wanted to cut down my journey time and unreliability of buses. I would highly recommend. The team are really helpful and replaced my bike immediately when there was a slight manufacturers issue on it.
