Oct 19,2024The website was easy to use and the order arrived promptly and was beautifully packed with the box contents all still completely frozen. All the meat I have used so far has been of exceptional quality. The only (very trivial) complaint I can offer is that the order form required me to specify one of two delivery days and the order actually arrived on the one I didn't choose. This actually made no difference to me, but I suppose could have been inconvenient for some customers. Other than that, I have nothing but praise for this company.

Oct 14,2024Meat arrives quickly and conveniently. I know it is of the highest quality and of very high welfare standards . I don’t eat slaughterhouse meat so game is the only meat I will eat. We have it only for special occasions .

Oct 14,2024Fantastic produce everything excellent quality. The customer service is second to none as there was a problem with delivery I contacted them via email and the response was immediate. They did try to ring but I was on the phone desperately trying to contact the couriers DHL as they had delivered to wrong address. They are impossible to contact and although I would buy from Deer Box again in an instant but not if they are using DHL as their couriers.
