I was well looked after by Thomas Jones, he was quick at supplying a quote and sending out the new pads. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a defib or spare parts to use this store. thank you for a quick and smooth transaction, I will be back when I need any new pads or parts.

Once we had selected the one we thought would suit our business she arranged for the paperwork to be sent, which was pretty straight forward and the delivery of the defib was prompt, altogether a great service.

Sep 10,2024I ordered a replacement battery for our Defibrillator which was delivered to us in the Isle of Man promptly. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong battery but the team were very understanding and went out of their way to help me return the wrong battery and re-order the correct battery. I am very grateful for their excellent service. it makes such a change to talk to people who care about providing a good service to their customers.

Thomas was very helpful and any questions were promptly answered by mail. Also contacted by phone, no long waiting time and friendly staff directed my questions straight to the right person. Jun 12,2024Defib Store was great at completing our order and delivering on time. But what I want to emphasise is their caring and supportive after-sales service. After we took delivery of the defibrillator for our bowling club, we experienced some problems in that it was bleeping and showing a flashing red light instead of a green light. When we reported this problem to Defib Store, their response was super fast in providing us with phone and email advice and technical support which enabled the problem to be resolved very quickly. An important hallmark of an excellent company is how quickly and helpfully it responds to problems after a sale. In my opinion, Defib Store, through its excellent and responsive staff, is a fine example of a great company. Sidney Bright

Having no prior knowledge of our defibrillator, or how to go about servicing the unit, I can only say that the staff member that I spoke with was outstanding. He was amongst the most considerate, professional, and generally helpful person that I have ever dealt with anywhere. It was above and beyond all reasonable expectations.

Apr 17,2024I recently purchased a product with Defib store. The product was delivered within 48hrs of ordering. I had a query when receiving the product (defib battery), and I was not sure if the date on the battery was a manufacture date or expiry date. I spoke to Cameron who was very informative and advised me it was a manufacture date and the shelf life of the particular product. 5 star customer service!
