Nov 01,2023We have just had our defibrillators serviced by Defib Store Ltd. We also chose to hire loan defibrillators whilst ours were being serviced. We were really impressed with the service we received as we were updated on our order every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Defib Store Ltd.

Oct 31,2023Endeavour Woodcrafts CIC did not really know what defib to buy or rent nor the advantages or disadvantages of either. We had no idea on finding a training session for the staff either. After researching on line Rent a Defib was our choice of supplier and we were not disappointed. Our contact was Vivienne Nicholls who was fabulous from start to finish! Communication was easy, straightforward and clear. She arranged for the paperwork to be sent, the defib to arrive and the training package was included. Thank you for making the process so easy and the machine is of course as expected from this company - first class!

Oct 25,2023On behalf of Chester Scouts I've bought pads, batteries, and a complete AED with cabinet from the Defib Store, and have never had a problem with them nor the company. The staff (expecially Luke) have always been incredibly helpful, they certainly know their stuff, and nothing seems too much trouble for them. In short, they take their job as seriously as their customers do

Pick up service by courier is easy and convenient. I highly recommend the company and will continue to use them.

Sep 08,2023Really easy to setup and use. Vivienne has been brilliant helping us to get things up and running. Service is a great idea to ensure you have a key piece of equipment, which could essentially save a life, without having to raise significant up-front funds. A key thing is the included ongoing maintenance which this service provides, which ultimately gives peace of mind. Thankfully we are yet to use it so I can't comment on the service as such.

I spoke to Chris, who instantly resolved the matter and organised for the cabinets to be exchanged. Chris provided an efficient and professional service and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Aug 16,2023My defib was used in anger to safe a woman's life, when it came to replacing the shock pads on the sp1. Ben at defib store was excellent in getting a new set of shock pads sent to me quickly so that the defib was back in service again. Customer service was so helpful and efficient can't thank you enough. I'd highly recommend defib store for all things defib related.
