Mar 27,2023I contacted Defibstore about the non-functioning heater in our village's AED cabinet. Their response was immediate and their advice was clear. I returned the heater to them and they replaced the faulty thermostat under warranty, and almost by return. Great service, friendly emails. Why can't more companies be like this?!
