Dec 11,2023We looked at a number of other suppliers but Defib Store were the most helpful and have continued to support us following the unit having been used. The Defib is sited on a Home Park where residents are at an age that a Defib offers them comfort, along with the trained volunteers responders that are on call. Our thanks goes to Vivienne Nicholls who guided through the settings up of our Defibrillator.

Nov 10,2023I have started the research with Defib long time ago and had to hold for some time due to management decision. Vivienne was great she had to amend the Company Name for us and resend the PO and when all on the way to us it was very quick process. We have a Defib on the wall in the office and we have done full training and demonstration how this all works to our staff is no brainer and they are all happy to use it without the hesitation. Thank you
