Dec 18,2024I sat by the phone for 30 minutes waiting for the call, thinking nothing of it since the time before, the call was 20 minutes late. I finally called to see if something was wrong. After another 15 minutes I was told that I was mistakenly scheduled when the NP was not in. I sat on the phone another 30 minutes while someone talked to management, only to be scheduled 3 weeks later.
