Dec 19,2024Disappointed in that I’ve waited 3 weeks to meet Mike, joined my zoom and he wasn’t there. Understood family emergency but nobody reached out and it was another 3 weeks before I could talk to him. Suggestion would be to prioritize folks who had their appointments cancelled.
