Sep 01,2022Worst experience ever would not recommend this at all Hemel Hempstead delta force what a complete sham. Was miss sold as a birthday experience and it was far from that. Took 10 boys and a complete rip off cost over £200 on the day plus £119 at booking stage for the paint balls.The customer service not sure if this company knows what that means very poor. Was advised ex military was running the course 2 young lads rocked up late and was not interested at all. No interest in the kids could not be bothered. Very poor experience. Do not book a party for the money it cost not worth it

Just chaos and shoots without rules and stuff doesn't care to the players even a little girl was crying and screaming because one player was shooting at her without stop and the staff do not penalise the man to his behaviour and left the little girl screaming and the game was still on. Normally staff need to controll the behaviour of the players and give rules to respect, like the paintball game itself explain, but in practise there are no rules and the little one are the victimes. It was like a war not a game. Very disappointed and disgusted to the staff and organization. Never come again

Aug 05,2022Very sh it company, by far the worst paintball experience I’ve had and I have been twice, the first time I went about a year ago, every game was the same, shoot each other until time runs out, no rules being enforced, not enough staff, and the maps are awful, we went again about 2 months ago, the maps was even worst, there was a fire, we one of our games were cut short and never compensated, staff don’t know what they are doing, and every game had a respawn rule, who tf respawns ever fkn game. You people need to give your head a wobble

Jul 10,2022We bought a package from one of the stalls in a local town. We booked with no issues. After reading a few negative comments the day before I was a bit apprehensive on what to expect, but our experience was very far from a negative one. The staff (especially Alex) were fantastic, polite and went out of their way to accommodate us. You have quite a few games in different zones (we booked a 1/2 day experience) so you definitely get your moneys worth. If your worried about being shot (which I was) you will soon get used to it after the first hit. Absolutely well worth the visit, we look forward to visiting again soon. We'll done guys

Jun 17,2022AWFUL is a understatement!! The worst paintballing experience I have ever had!! The gas canisters was always running out, overalls didn’t fit anyone, SNIPER BARREL don’t exist and is the same basic gun (that don’t work) that everyone can get!! I didn’t shoot a single paintball for the first three games as the guns was not working even after the Marshalls had checked the guns several times it turned out it was a faulty paintball ammo box I was left in the middle of the game with no gun whilst the Marshall left to speak to his mate!! When I asked for a refund I was told NO by the man in the store even after I had explained that I had not shot a single paintball and had the worst time after three games had been played - I even went as far and taking off all my overalls and equipment to show him I had not even been able to take part let alone shoot a gun - I literally spend the whole time trying to get my gun sorted when all along it weren’t even the faulty gun. avoid this place like it’s a new strain of COVID19!!

May 11,2022A very mixed review from me. I held a birthday party for my son and his friends at Delta Force. Conclusion - I don't recommend hosting a party at Delta Force Good - the staff on the day put on some good games and the children enjoyed it. This is the reason the experience gets two stars. Bad - the back office organisation here is really really poor. It really lets this experience down and means I wont ever host another party here. The worst aspect was that in the middle of a pandemic, when the population is regularly required to isolate at short notice, Delta Force make no allowance for those who cant attend for public health reasons. The result - I spent many £00's on a large party booking, and when an attendee tested positive for COVID the day before, Delta delta refused to amend the booking. A total dereliction of public responsibility during a public health crisis. They offer a credit - but what use is a credit when the birthday party is a one-off. Booking the experience - the booking staff gave very little assistance in managing a booking for a group. Specifically they would not give any guidance on the amount of balls you need to buy for a group - teh booking staff just blank reasonable questions. I suspect this is because they want to charge you the extortionate uplift they price for buying extra paintballs on the day. Extra costs on the day - there is no reason at all why Delta Force charge a huge uplift on the cost of paintballs on the day as opposed to buying in advance - it is pure opportunism and characteristic of the company. This could be a really great experience, the sort of place you would come back to regularly, but it is let down by the company management and company policies which leave you feeling genuinely ripped off at the the end of the day. This feels like a company that values short term profit over long term business growth with goodwill and repeat custom.

Apr 13,2022Paintball is clearly an expensive past time. Fair enough. But, one of our players didn't turn up, their balls should have been split between the group, nice and simple, you'd have still profited the pair of gloves. But no apparently the policy is their credit goes back as credit to the person who paid, which you know is unlikely in many cases to be used. I don't care whether this is your policy, it's bang out of order profiteering nonsense! I won't be electing for paintball again!
