Avoid this place. This was booked though a friend for her sons birthday. There was a group of us with our children. Upon arrival staff wasn’t helpful at all, no information was given as we didn’t know where to go or what we were doing. we were given overalls which didn’t fit and helmets which were filthy and had to replace. Due to covid surely more cleaning measures would be place.When we got in we a marshall starts shouting about what we need to do and are put into two groups. The children were given adult guns which they could hardly hold and ended up cutting on of the child’s hands. When asked if there were smaller guns we were just told no this is all we have. There were small kids in with the adults and some of the kids were really scared. Would not recommend this place prices are ridiculous for what it is I mean £89.99 for 1000 paintballs really. it’s really dirty and staff don’t seem to care. 3 days after 2 of the children tested positive for covid. AVOID

Their marketing arm International Paintball Group sold me a bunch of worthless tickets with the salesman lieing and saying the tickets included 100 paintballs when in fact they only cover entry. Have decided to book an alternative paintball venue as wouldn't reward such underhand miss-selling with any more of my money. Am still saving money even after writing off their worthless ticketscost as the alternative provider is much cheaper than these guys inflated pricing for paintballs

Dreadful practices, I'd recommend to avoid at all costa. Booked on behalf of a group for a special occasion well ahead of the date and whilst online with a live agent who sent me the payment link for my preferred date and time. I was subsequently called a just couple of days before the event to say it wasn't available (it was when I booked it live with your agent!) . As we are a group from different locations and this was a special occasion rebooking not an option for us. Despite various calls and email I have been refused a refund, only to book for another time. Apparently the t&cs allow this company to cancel you at short notice and not provide a refund. Essentially we have had to pay for the privilege of being completely let down at short notice.

To be honest it was a terrible experience. The kids were all a bit anxious and upset and this meant to be a fun day to cheer them up and ended up making them feel even worse! On arrival my niece was anxious about it all anyway and then she decided to pull out of it. This was fine and I didnt expect to get a refund as it was a last minute pulling out. I had to send back 2 helmets that didn't have clasps for the straps and insist that they were given armour and overalls that fit and weren't in tatters. My older nephew had been shouted at by a female member of staff because when in the queue to hand in the guns after the first game after they were told to put the safety on, he had paint on and in his mouth and was wiping it off having lifted the helmet off slightly... not completely off but just to reveal his mouth. They were not in the game area. I went and spoke to the manager Callum who said it was because they were past the yellow line and so his colleague had shouted and then removed them from the game. I explained that they need to be more sensitive and remember that these are children even though they might be tall and look older. The manager came to speak to the boys and I tried to get them to go back in but my nephews were too upset and wanted to leave. Once on the way home they revealed that they were ignored when they asked questions to clarify things, they would be mid discussion with staff ad if someone else came along the staff would then speak to the other person instead, when they asked questions they would receive very abrupt answers but the staff would happily chat to others and be encouraging towards the others. Why is this? The only obvious difference is that my nephews are black and the other customers weren't. They are both good natured, respectful and very happy boys so there was no reason for them to be treated in this way. I am truly appalled by this whole situation. I have spoken to customer service several times and assured they would get back to me and still heard nothing after 6 weeks.

Delta force was a great place for my 8 year old to have his birthday party. It was a great experience from start to finish, everyone was so helpful. We got allocated marshals Millie and James who made our experience even better, they engaged with the children so well, gave fab instructions all very understandable and when there was an issue with another player not following the rules Millie dealt with it fantastically. Thank you to all for making my 8year olds birthday party a memorable one!

We had 30 of us there for a stag do. We're told to arrive early for the event which we did. The organisation in the place was dreadful, we had to wait around for an hour and a half for another group to turn up. In total we spent 3 and a half hours there and about 30minutes of actual paintball. We left part way through because after each game you have to go back to the area where the shop is and sit around for another 30-40mins whilst one person at the shop tries to serve 50 people. Not great

I would give this 0 stars if I could! Everything about this company is terrible. Booking: I booked spots for my family and i, I was unable to access my email for a period of time and was unable to see my booking details so I called to ask for the date and the lady in the phone said 13th August but it was booked for the 14th. The man working was very nice and let us in when we arrived. Age requirement: I completely understand health and safety. The youngest in our group is 7 and it says on their website and card they gave us it says age is 7+. However, when we arrived he had to sit out because of his age ( and due to there not being enough bullets). Paintball bullets: I spent £106 on bullets and was told when we arrived that we couldn’t use all today. We were given so little bullets 2 players had to sit out making that six players. Even with two people sitting out, four of us only played 2 games and the remaining two played four games Customer service/ booking officers: The lady I spoke to before arriving failed to inform me about not being able to use all bullets in one day and told me that the bullets I’ve bought should be enough for the day. I kept on asking again about dates/ bullets. After we left I called customer service to make a complaint and the man on the phone was extremely rude completely dismisses everything I had to say and implied that I was lying about the situation! The man working at the shop told us that we are not the first people to complain about this. Do not spend your money here at all! My family and I were very disappointed with the day we had.

In continuation to my review on 2nd Aug I am writing this review. I was told by their Twitter team on 3rd Aug that someone will contact me to talk to me about my booking, nobody contacted me and I chase it up on twitter but no reply. After 4 days they again said someone will contact and today on 11th Aug, I have received an email still saying exactly the same thing that according to their terms and conditions they cannot refund the money. NOBODY BOTHERED CALLING AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. Please bear in mind before booking with these people that they have the worst customer service ever and money is the only thing they are after. Even in this pandemic, they are not considerate or understanding. So no matter what they WILL NOT RETURN your money. Think before you book !!! I am not going back to them nor my friends and family are !!!!

Shocking from Delta force. Brought a promotion from one of the ‘sharks’ that were selling outside Tesco’s a few years ago. Got told that the £1 per player promo had no expiry date, so got 20. Used 4 straight away, but due to Covid was unable to use any more. Today I call up to book four more places at the Cobham branch, but told that promotion was no longer available??!! I tried explaining that I’d already paid for the promotion and it had no expiry when sold to me and couldn’t go anyway because of Covid…the woman on the phone couldn’t care less and said it was now £10 per player!! Don’t trust these conmen and visit a proper paintballing site instead:)

Very poor service I've received so far. Booked my session over 1 month ago to do paintballing. I get a call at very short notice 1½ days before my session is due and I'm told they're canceling my game because there now isn't enough people to hold a whole game. I didn't get any apology or anything during this call. Even though it was their mistake, I haven't received anything at all to show they're sorry, no extra anything. I even had a family Member that had traveled from around 200 miles away to take part in this specifically with us but they've felt really unhappy with this as it costed a lot to travel for nothing. I feel really let down by this service so far and I would not recommend it and I'm still yet to play.

Prices were extortionate. Organisation was none existence. Cheating was rife. Marshall's were useless. Do not waste your money. I wish I could give it zero stars. Trading standards should closes this rip off down.

The gentleman in the shop was a 5* member of staff (I can't recall his name he was wearing a black t shirt and served me a few times whilst we were there)....he knows who he is because at the time 9-12 slot no one purchased the grenades apart from my brother (who is 30) and my friend (who is 23) gave the children a surprise when they returned to the 2nd game as both the adults were on the same team and the blue team only realised it came from those 2 adults after the game when they were told. Adam was a great Marshall for my childrens team both sides loved it and it made my daughter and her friends have a really enjoyable experience and time! Thanks for showing and promoting the grenades to us as it made it even more fun. I will add a big thank you to yourselves from both the teams as they didn't have a chance to see you at the end. From Kylie and Co on tables 5 & 6. 9-12 slots on 03/07/2021 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CENTRE ESPECIALLY FOR THE WHOLE SERVICE, TREATMENT AND RESPECT WE GOT FROM THESE GUYS WELL DONE GUYS :)

I made a booking for 13 kids to take part in a paintballing session at the Banbury location on Sunday 27th June 2021. I paid the deposit and received an email confirmation for my booking. I received a phone call 10 days before the party date to inform me that they are not carrying out paintballing sessions for Sunday slots and therefore my booking could not go ahead. It was disappointing for this activity to be cancelled but I understood under the circumstances that they had made the decision not to complete Sunday activities. Up to this point I had been very understanding, however the service I am receiving now is shocking. I have called them over 20 times since they cancelled the booking to have my deposit refunded and every time I call I am fobbed off with “it’s being looked into” or “a manager will call you back” and I hear absolutely nothing!! It is shocking that this is the type of customer service they are providing, they have cancelled and are keeping hold of my money! I will never book or recommend this company!!

I have just booked for 8 Kids for my son's 9 years old birthday party and played at the Hemel Hempstead branch this afternoon 13:00 and that is a Horrible experience I never had . My son and all his friends are under 16 years old kids group and they follow all the rules about the game how to play, but turn up is some other teenager player shot his neck in a very close distance and made him seriously hurt, for the health and safety I think that should not allow people shot to a 9 years old kid like this close distance and also before I book the party I was expected our kids is safe and they will just play with some same age group only, not mix with other age people like this !! Also when the kids playing inside there the staffs should control the place to make sure everyone playing safe and follow the rules but I am sure they didn't take this serious enough I am going to make a proper complaint and will leave a review to the public to share our horrible experience.

UPDATE: I received my full refund thank goodness but had to call every day for almost a week to get it. Terrible! Do not use! I booked a party for my son's 10th birthday. On the Wednesday before the party on the weekend I get an sms to tell me the time had been moved to 10am from 9am… my game I booked was in fact 1pm. First mistake. I called and informed them my mini-ball game was at 1pm and was then told it couldn’t be mini ball at 1pm but the kids had to play the older paintball. 2nd mistake. I was then told in fact they had moved the game to 2pm, which we couldn't do as the kids have a cricket match in the morning and football match in the afternoon. 3rd mistake. They have made MULTIPLE errors and have given me no choice but to cancel and try and book a new venue 3 days before the party!! I would like a full refund and they are now ignoring calls and not coming back to me. We spent over £300 on this booking and the service is shocking.
