Jun 15,2021Hard to reach via telephone to discuss booking. When booking online, limited support information given regarding terms and conditions. Booked wrong site for me, had to contact again for an amendment No booking confirmation email No refund if need to cancel. Only for a bereavement, and even then, they require a death certificate! Given the COVID situation, many places are being flexible and offering excellent customer service if there is a need to cancel. This, this whole experience has been shocking. Avoid at all costs

Booked paintballing for 12, cancelled due to covid (despite no rule change - they knew it was not allowed but accepted the booking). They refused to refund, only offering to change date, but there are not dates available for a group our size. Still refusing to refund. Proof that the don't care is that the only respond to positive reviews on this site.

Jun 13,2021All of the marshals made it absolutely great, explained everything well, helped us when we needed it and made it a really good laugh. Seth, ziggy and Luke ( the managers 😏) But! These guys made it so awesome for all of us and it is by FAR the beat one around, better than our experience at Leicester even though we have to travel 45 minutes to get here, it Is still the best one. Cheers for making it so good, well definitely be coming again 👌🤘 -Tattoo girl and friends.

Jun 04,2021I book this for my child 12th birthday, Him and a few of his friends Were on the field where The Marshals were Spose to be watching them, my kids were bullied by other kids they were being shot out by close range and the marshals did faff all about it, when my kids tried to tell the marshals what were happening they got shouted at and the marshals got very aggressive towards 11-year-old little girl, definitely would not recommend this to no one, I have tried to lodge a complaint but when you called centre you get passed on to say someone is going to call you back but no one have ever called back very very poor service

May 31,2021I visited your eccles centre yesterday with my friends where i had to go through mental trauma, due to racist comments from opposition. And when i complaint the same to the marshall they supprted them and laughed at me and my team. They kept shooting at us in less than 3m distance and even before the game started, marshall kept laughing at us. Opposition kept passing racist comments but the marshall kept laughing, same happened after the game.

May 14,2021I made a purchase on Groupon for paintballing for 5 people. Within the terms and conditions of the Groupon voucher, it states that I have 24 hours to cancel the booking as a policy. I made a booking with them after my other 4 players agreed on the date to then find out 2 of them had made mistakes and are unable to attend. We agreed to cancel and book at a much later date. Rang up the company only 2 hours after making the booking to be told there is no 24 hour cancellation policy and that I am unable to obtain a refund of the per person deposit I paid. Absolutely rediculous considering it was made 2 hours ago, no resources or any loss to the company what so ever so there is no reason to why they would be unable to refund me. Clearly robbing people with false terms and conditions. Avoid purchasing a Groupon voucher to use with this company and also avoid booking with them.

May 09,2021I have been a great fan of Delta Force Paintball for a while, I played under them twice and both times I came out enjoying the experience. Unfortunately, my experience the third time was nothing like this and as a result, I will not be attending Delta Force again. Let me begin by saying that this was not an ordinary paintball day due to the fact that instead of the normal 100 people, the Birmingham centre doubled their capacity and allowed 200 people to come (one of the employees informed me of this). This lead to a disaster of a day When me and my brother arrived for the first game, we were informed that instead of the standard 10 vs 10, the team was split as 20 vs 26. This resulted in our games not being tactical or strategic, but just a complete warzone. There was barely any space to move which is not how I have associated my past experiences. Because of the population of the teams, we also learned the hard way that the games got out of control and the marshalls were not able to stop it. People were shooting from 2m away and plus, whenever I put my hand up to surrender, I was unable to walk off the field as the opposing team kept shooting me, making it unsafe to even surrender! I accept that fact that there will always be a few people that will shoot you on surrender and cheat on occasion. However, Delta Force made me feel unsafe. I was getting shot when surrendering and even when outside the boundary ropes. The marshalls just stood and watched and took no action when I informed them. To summarise, Delta Force Paintball had just opened after lockdown and I appreciate that they wanted to get their finances up and running again. But to allow double the normal amount (200 instead of 100) of people to play resulted in me and my brother feeling unsafe and unable to surrender or exit the battlefield in a safe manner. I have 8 spare tickets to Delta Force which I do not intend to use. So if anyone would like them, I will happily give them to you, but don’t say I didn’t warn you of how unsafe this place is.

Feb 04,2021Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Booked a stag party for November 2020 but because of lockdown it was cancelled. Tried to get in touch to re-arrange a date by phone/email/fb chat but no response. I didn't want my money back just to change the date but no success. Absolutely socking

Feb 02,2021As so many others have said, this doesn't even deserve 1 star, had to click one just to get it to work. Appalling, shoddy, crooked company. I booked 24 children for a child only afternoon session, year 5 party. Unbeknownst to us, they let in teenagers and adults. They year 5's were shot at point blank range by grown ups who thought it was 'a laugh', the language that was being used was disgusting, the children were terrified and hurt. The adults began using 'props' that were only for over 18s, smoke bombs that caused even more distress to the kids. They came off really traumatised, 16 dropped out after the first 15 minutes session. I have tried for 2 months to get a refund. Emails, phone calls. Constantly fobbed off by staff; "oh the manager isn't here" "oh the manager will get back to you". Crock of crap. Don't go near them.

Oct 23,2020THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY, NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY SCREW UP YOUR BOOKING I booked a session for my son's Birthday. The booking advisor suggested Cardiff was nearest to me (Bath). I queried if it was open, and was assured that it was. This was only 10 days before the booking date. On the day of the session, I drove my son and a couple of friends 1.5 hours to Cardiff. It was closed, and had clearly been closed for a long time. I phoned from the site, to be told it was closed and why had I booked it??! After keeping me on hold for 10 mins, the advisor suggested Southampton (which is near to me anyway) the following weekend. I didn't want to disappoint my son, so I agreed as long as there was compensation. After another 10 mins on hold, I was offered 100 paintballs! I said no, I want a free session, or a partial refund to cover petrol and inconvenience at least. I was told that Delta Force "never do refunds". At this point I wondered if this is a deliberate scam to get people to pay for sessions that don't exist. After numerous calls where I was assured that a manager would call me back, this never happened. I will have to go to Southampton tomorrow so that my son can finally get his Birthday treat, but I will never use Delta Force again. I would advise that nobody else does either.

Oct 17,2020Booked a party package for my son's 10th Birthday for April 2020, then COVID happened. Obviously this is not Delta's fault but the way they have treated their customers through this period is truly awful. No communication at all, just disappeared from all social media and their own website and phone lines shut down. Finally managed to get through to someone 5 months later only to be told they will not refund my near £400! as their terms are strictly no refunds! No matter what! Naturally my son no longer needs his party as his birthday was months ago. Absolutely criminal behavior that they will not just return my payment. Currently chasing them through the credit card company I paid with to try and claim back the money I have paid for for the service I did not have. If this fails it will be small claims as it really is now about the principle of it all.. Do yourself a favour and avoid these thieves.

Oct 06,2020Not even worth the 1 star . We have had a global pandemic and every company I booked with including cinemas , theatres have given refunds . Totally agree they are a bunch of crooks . I have called 5-6 times to ask for my money back as I have paid a substantial deposit . I am no longer in the country And cannot use the facility anymore . What give them the right to refuse . There are no terms and conditions for CoVId on their website . It’s only human in tough times to give a refund Don’t book with them !

Sep 28,2020DO NOT ORGANISE A JUNIOR PARTY AT KEGWORTH DELTA FORCE! It's a shame I have to give a 1 star review...where is the zero star option? We booked a 'Junior' Paintball experience for our son's 9th birthday and were assured that it was appropriate for this age group, equipment would fit & that it would be separate from 'Adult' games. None of this happened and the majority of the group played little or no part in the party. It started with a 90 mins delay to get the game started. We turned up at 1pm and didn't start until 2.30pm - try entertaining 9 x 8/9 year olds for that period of time. And then when the games started they weren't looked after properly as promised, they had to fend for themselves in terms of paintball loading etc. We have since tried to deal with their customer service, which is equally shambolic. It's very hard to get through on the phone number and then you're promised a call back, which doesn't happen. The management is a disgrace. We will be pursuing further as these are not cheap parties, but my advice - do not organise a Junior session...it is a complete waste of money compared to other much more enjoyable activities!

Aug 17,2020I booked a session for a birthday party only to find out they no longer take full day bookings and can only offer 90 minutes of playing time. I made the booking on SATURDAY and requested a refund MONDAY, surely thats ample notice giving that the event is not for three weeks. They were unable to offer that service, SO they have charged me £80+ for a non-refundable booking which is unclear throughout the shoddily built website. When I called customer services I was met a dodgy connection with a scripted response with no apology or human touch. Its a massive shame as I have enjoyed many experience's here when they offered full day fees! Go somewhere else is my advice.

Jun 25,2021Andrew (Booking office) the most friendly staff one has experienced in my tenure life. This lovely gentleman is honestly the very best individual. Been completely transparent and honest throughout entire booking process. He is a prime example of what ever employe should strive to be like. Honest, transparent straight to the point. Everything one would need.
