Don't get me wrong paint balling is fun, apart from the fact paint ball bullets are well overpriced to the point where you'll run out unless you don't spend over £200 for playing for 2 hours. The game is heavily unbalanced as it is a pay to win game, very unfair and frustrating, other team had an unlimited supply grenades flash bangs and better guns. Also some of our guns went weren't even refilled on gas so they didn't work. Its fun but not worth the money.

the service was absolutely amazing, the staff members were so helpful! we lost our car keys and they were so considerate, they helped us out so much and accommodated us until a locksmith came, even though it meant them staying even after their shift finished and waited for us to resolve our issue. we appreciate all of their efforts yesterday! we will definitely be coming back! all of the maps are so much fun, definitely recommend trying it!

Purchased a special offer deal for £60 was told that was all it would cost for up to 10 people. On phoning to book I was told you then had to pay £10 per person on top of that. I booked for my sons 11 birthday, we took 9. When we arrived the centre was in chaos, staff not knowing who was dealing with who, we were eventually chucked some overalls and had to change in car as the centre is knee deep in mud. The toilets were filthy, you slipped when you walked in as the mud and water was everywhere, no hot water to wash your hand, steps lethal. Eventually the manager held a health and safety talk, most were talking and not listening. Once we got into the game it turned in to chaos very young children being allowed to play, no safety was adhered to. Children firing gun in safe zone when walking to and from the games, marshal in a world of his own not interested and couldn’t care less.we left after my child was hit in the head by another child firing the gun in the safe zone. Management couldn’t care less. Spoke to the manager who was smoking a cigarette and basically couldn’t care less. Certainly cared when he was selling me another 2000 Paintball’s for £140, because the opposite team cheated in every game and would not be out even though they were hit by the paintballs, you ended up using so many paintballs. cost nearly £400 in total and was an absolute shambles. Stay well clear and don’t go to south Bristol delta force.

When I arranged a party for a group of 6-8 year olds they said it was fine for their age range. The guns were too heavy to carry, the protective clothing was too big and it was totally unsuitable. The young people who worked there had no idea how to safely give instructions to the kids. I felt like they wanted your money at any cost. Totally would never recommend this company!!! Awful experience:

Dont buy those IPL coupon books they are a scam, they dont even acknowledge them at the paintball facility and you pay way to much to play, just a big scam!!!!!

People need to be aware before they buy the promotional offers from staff located in supermarkets and shopping centres what a CON they are. My Mum bought a promotional offer for £35 for up to 10 kids to play for the day and was told that there would be absolutely no more costs at all and it was the most incredible and exclusive offer she was getting. Little did she realise in the small print you have to pay £10/head for paintballs when you book and then the costs of even more are absolutely horrendous. Even with severe rationing of the paintballs, some people sitting out of games and cutting our day short we spent £550 on the one child’s party. We didn’t even buy their food. I don’t have any problem with the paintballing centre. In fact the staff couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the day and the venue is great but you are in for the shock of your life at the cost if you have never been to one before. We shall not be returning.

Delta Force Paintball cancelled paintballing for my son's 11th birthday with less than 24 hours for me to arrange something else, and after a week of repeated contact from them trying to sell me add-ons. Cue one very upset child and one very stressed mum. It then took 2.5 weeks, several calls and emails for them to bother to refund, and the manager I spoke to didn't even apologise. Avoid!

My son had his 11th birthday party here and the boys all had a fantastic time. From arrival the staff were very accommodating and helpful and we had our own member of staff with us the whole time. I took my own food so am unable to comment on the food, but every single one of my son's friends thoroughly enjoyed their day and are now all wanting their own paint balling parties. The balls were expensive but I was told up front how much they all cost and I rationed the boys so they didn't go through them all in the first game.

Terrible value for money. Group of 16/17 year olds fleeced out of £65 EACH and still came away thinking it was rubbish, ran out of ammo in short time, couldn't hit targets with crap guns. Venue (Plymouth) won't reply to complaint. Avoid!!!!

If I was just reviewing my child and his friends' experience, I would be giving 5 stars. They played at the Reading site and had a blast. BUT the costs are not made clear to you. When I booked the £25.99/head to include 300 paintballs, I was advised that should be enough balls for the day. It wasn't. Eight boys got through nearly 700 paintballs each, even though I was careful to ration the balls for each game. The extra balls cost me an additional £230 on the day. It would have been much better value if I had been advised to book the £35.99/head which includes 500 balls. Also, they charge for goggle wipes which apparently stop them misting up - they don't work. Just use the free-of-charge tissue provided. On site they charge: £10/100 balls; £80/1000 balls; £140/2000 balls. I ended up feeling somewhat cheated - I didn't want to spoil the kids' day by letting them run out of "ammo" so I just forked out!

Had a party of around 16 people delta force Southampton, two of which turned up but couldn't play as were ill. We told the lady behind the desk and asked about refund etc. She said "yeah itl go on your account and then call customer service and they will refund you it" so knowing this I gave my friend their money back (as I was told I would receive it back myself to the card I paid with). Later called up customer service (not a free line.. Even though MANAGER said it was) and was told quite bluntly and rudely that no refund was gonna happen then hung up on. I called back and went through to a manager who also had ZERO customer service. All in all was a good day at the party but would never recommend delta force to anyone based on lack of customer service and/ or relaying the wrong message to your staff which in turn gives customers wrong message and in my case financially affected.

Booked over the phone for my son's birthday with a couple of his mates. All of them had been several times before and had a number of cards worth 100 paintballs. Had 100 paintballs each in with the deal and naturally assumed that we could use the cards in exchange for extra ammo. Oh no, I was told, you can only use cards if you tell them you have them when you book.....rip off number one. Rip off number two came when I was then told that 1000 extra paintballs was a staggering/shocking/flabbergasting £79!!!????!!!! I was fuming as I then found myself in the position of having 4 excited and slightly hyper fifteen year olds looking at me. Came away feeling like I'd been turned over but smiling sweetly as I didn't want to upset my son on his birthday, especially in front of his mates. Disgusting prices and feel misled by Delta Force. Fuming......

Hi. We been with friend and three kids. In Upminster. Lack of marshals, marshals blaming for things he didn’t seen while he was on his phone in game.Completely ridiculous and worst service received. Spent Over 200£ for ammo and food bot not worth a penny. Will be claiming back 70£ for game and £53 when made booking. Very dissatisfying. Been in other Paintball games like in Croydon with different company and experiences was great. Delta force needs to improve heavily. Last time I visited Delta Force and not recommending at all. Now its 13pm and we home when we should spent all day. Completely ruined day.

Where to begin. Sunday 29th September 2019, Billericay. A group arrived late and had a separate briefing. This was good as the on time people had theirs aswell as it should be. However what followed was nothing short of a pure lack of safety on multiple occasions 1 - no helmet checks were done 2 - Marshall’s were firing (no ammo but the gun pointed at people) in a few occasions. I don’t know much about paintballing but could a stray paintball still be in the gun? 3 - people were firing their guns walking between arenas and nothing was done 4 - at no point did any marshal say to put our safety mode on the guns so anyone could’ve accidentally shot someone as they were not being disciplined for random firing between arenas 5 - the three metre rule. This was the best. One group were warned after their first game, the Marshall and group were laughing about it as they were supposed to be being warned. They were even spoken to during their first game against about the 3metre rule so that’s now two warnings. After the second game a group left as no one was stopping this group firing excessively after people were called out and raising their hands. This again was a quiet word but nothing actually changed it continues throughout the day. The third game the blue team had 10 players and red had 7, the team of 7: 5 minutes into a 15 minute Vietcong game just stopped playing and called the game over themselves as they were just simply outnumbered and no teams were counted. The Marshall even joked about this after. This was when a second group left as they also complained of being shot point blank. This was now the third warning. The 4th game was when our group left as again someone standing behind a tree from the same group point blank shot someone, this was now the 4th ‘quiet word’ which was delivered poorly and with no emphasis or seriousness. The same game again the same group shot another player point blank and when questioned the Marshall refused to remove them from the game. This was now the 5th time The opening briefing said along the lines of frequent issues relating to three meter rule would be an instant removal from the game. These comments above were echoed by a separate group and they were thinking of leaving had we not decided to leave. We also left because things got heated on the final game because no one was enforcing any rules. I honestly believe if you were to start firing the paintballs into people’s helmets from point blank range- nothing would’ve been done. So to repeat 4 groups left before 2pm as no one was enforcing any safety rules. This not only goes against delta force policy and their own initial safety briefing.but could’ve caused horrendous injury to allow someone to keep point blank shooting someone. Had any safety rules actually have been imposed then everyone would’ve stayed and paid more for the paintballs etc so delta force lost financially and not feel the need to actually leave and abandon the other groups early on. The day actually ended completely around 2 pm as there was only four people out of about 25 who started. I got refunded £40 for 500 paintballs (this was the cost of them). This doesn’t cover the lack of safety or poor customer experience received. I honestly fear there is a serious accident waiting to happen if the marshalls don’t actually do anything relating to safety check or impose/enforce their own rules. Edit: I did email the address below the same Time I wrote this but no reply as of yet Edit 2: Hi on trust pilot you told me to email you, I did this the same day 7 days ago. Please respond otherwise I’ll need to Pass this on to the next level and the HSE if need be as I feel there is a serious accident waiting to happen, and the lack of reply indicates this isn’t being taken seriously

It was a horrible experience. 1. Digital check-ins were not available had to fill out forms even though been registered online and had QR codes. 2. Disgustingly smelly helmets and horribly dirty ammo belt and vest. Overalls were fairly clean. 3. Toilet was smelly and disgusting. They had no lights. 4. We were informed that gloves were £5 but we were £7.99 instead at the shop. 5. Very small quantity of paintball with standard entry. 6. Games started too late. We had to wait for about 2hrs after arriving at 9am. Almost no proper announcements were made during this period and we were all confused about what was going on. The lunch pizzas came late as well. 7. Understaffed employees were overworked. The lady at the shop was quite rude, and tbh, it's quite normal to lose your cool when you're serving all the people by yourself. 8. Absurd distribution of players i.e. pitting multiple very young (12-15yrs olds) players in one team and all fully grown adults (with some tactical gears) in the other. 9. Guns kept jamming up even though there was absolutely nothing in them sometimes in the middle of the games. Poor quality equipments with horrible accuracy. 10. The manager was only good at making small-unimportant announcements and smiling at people. The company can just recruit someone with much less pay for the job he did. He was not helpful at all regarding anything, but the rest of the employees were always working and on the move. 11. Everyone had first-aid training but they didn't have a single bandage/bandaid for me when my shoulder was badly hurt due to a close range shot and it was bleeding. 12. They even ran out of tissue papers, so we couldn't even clean our helmet screens for a long time in the afternoon. They did restock the tissues at almost the end of the games though. Verdict: VERY EXPENSIVE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME. GO FOR SOME OTHER PAINTBALL BRAND.

When we arrived at the Plymouth branch we were met with the manager (Joe) he tried to give us the hard sale on the extra packages that we “needed” and once I had said no he then began to say “I can’t even take you up there with just 100 paintballs” insinuating that I had to buy extra paintballs or I am not aloud to play. Of course I challenged this and after a heated discussion he than realised I wasn’t going to succumb to his lies. We then entered into the establishment and were ready to play, during the first game my knee began to give me great pain, so between rounds I decided to sit out. or so I thought... because I was then challenged by one of the marshals who said “you have paintballs in your hopper so therefore you have to play” I then replied “my knee is hurting so I’d like to sit this round out” at which the marshal replied “you can’t because you came here to play paintball, don’t ruin it for everyone else” I was at that point made to feel like I was ruining the day for everyone and that they did not want my custom. I believe he only wanted me to play so much so that I would use my paintballs and therefore would have to buy more. The whole atmosphere at this site was completely revolves around scamming money off as many people as they could. Another group were told that half of the people inside had upgraded to the better guns at which they hadn’t... that was another lie from the manager of the Plymouth branch to try and get people to upgrade too. By the time lunch came around I ordered a pot noodle that was advertised as just that on the board. This costed £2.50 which is expensive for a pot noodle as it is, however I then received a Tesco’s own brand pot with noodles in it. I then looked on they’re website and they cost 35p from the shop. I am appalled by this establishment, and will never return to a Delta force paintball again.
