In my treatment by dentaprime I would urge no one to undergo treatment here , After my initial treatment back in January my scalp bones swelled and a hole appeared in the top of my head, which has been painful and is only now beginning to heal, One appointment I stormed out of the clinic because during the appointment I raised my hand twice indicating that it was hurting but the person still carried on , Then I made to pay £100 for a missed appointment which I telephoned that I was not able to attend, I live in Nottingham it’s a 2 and a half trip there and back costing £ 56 , so why would I not inform them. The bottom denture I was given was not suitable with gaps both front and back of my jaw , so I couldn’t use it, Now for the past week I’ve had an horrible taste coming from my gums.

This company have unethical and unprofessional practices. My partner went there and had a consultation. He was made to sign for the £299.00 deposit to secure another appt. He was not informed he was digitally signing a contract. And that his deposit would be non refundable in 3 days. He decided the treatment could not go ahead and asked for the £299.00 deposit back and was told it’s not refundable as 3 days limit. They never emailed nor showed or told him about a contract , nor clauses for the money to be returned. Now without any treatment or appointments made, they have held onto his £299.00, with every excuse to non communication to down right rudeness on the phone. They are experts at delay tactics , and confusion. Beware of this company. Please check the google reviews of real people’s complaints, not the glowing reviews they probably wrote there self.

I chose dentaprime by reading all this good reviews but I was wrong.Looks like bad reviews are removed and I will be checking if this review is not posted!! The service I received so far was not bad but the appointment booking team or admin is absolutely ill- mannered. For the first two appointments they are very interested to get money out from you and after that they will not book you in advance and when you ask for appointment they will give just one time or day with no choice. I was told the day before my appointment is changed to another date. Again the booking team or reception staff are very rude and have no patience. I just went here for a single implant because it seemed a bit cheaper than other places but you will pay all that extra money for travelling etc, and you will come to know it’s not cheap. I was told I will have 3 appointments in total to complete the treatment but this is also not true, there will be 7-8 appointments in total for a single implant. The dentists here are good but they will not give you any feedback after examining your teeth. After the implant in place several times I asked them for appointment and they said will let you know after the healing time but after the healing time they just gave me appointment for next week and no choice which was on the 18/12/24. Then they cancelled it but I lost my train ticket charge which they don’t pay. But they phoned me and said if I cancel they will charge me a fine. Again after that appointment I thought it’s over but no, you have to make several trips to them a total of 7-8 appointments for a single implant. Very poor communication and not everyone considered or treated with respect but treated as if its given to you free!!
