Jan 28,2025Lied to me from the beginning, for instance I was told before I went down to London from the north west of England that intravenous sedation would be £780 it turned out it was £1480, the most expensive in the UK. They told me I would not need a chaperone because I was staying in a nearby hotel and it was OK to get a taxi back to my hotel,so after signing some forms and paying a £299 deposit the day after I was told I need a chaperone, ok then tell me when the operation is,and they won't until a give them the name of a chaperone, and no one would say yes unless they knew the dates,and another thing I went to 3 implant specialist in the northwest you where put in a private room a member of staff came in and explained what the examination consisted of, at dentaprime your in a glorified corridor with up to 8 different people and treated like cattle, parking is horrendous the hotel they recommend is extortionate (they probably get a slice of that to) everyone up in the nortwest said I could have 6 on 4 with ceramic teeth, but dentprime said I could only have snapon acrylic dentures for the same price of ceramic teeth. So I decided not to go with them and asked for my £299 back on of course they said no I signed a contract,(under false pretences) I have informed my bank they are going to pursue the matter with dentaprime. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices, they are cheap for a reason !! .be very very careful with these people and don't make the mistake I made which I did which was a 440 mile round ,just not worth it if anything goes wrong,they can't be trusted.

Jan 24,2025This was my first visit to Dentaprime and I was so impressed with everything. It was so clean from a minute I walked through the door you felt like a real client, it is absolutely spotless there. The staff from reception to the consultants were all very nice and made everything so clear. I like the way you could see everything going on there was nothing hidden. A special mention to the ladies who looked after us, Dee Karimah and Anna, all lovely ladies and made us feel so welcome. I found the costings range from £5000 to £16000. Unfortunately, I personally will not be going ahead as it would require me to have too much time off work but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

De De, Anna and Karinah always keep you entertained in the waiting room, keeping spirits high and making the experience as good as possible. Really would recommend Dentaprime
