Feb 13,2025I'm about to finish my journey with Dentaprime. The start was OK with the installation of the implants with temp teeth. I had the top done first amd a few weeks later the bottoms. About 2 weeks after the bottoms had been done the top teeth split. And about a few days later the bottoms chipped. I spoke on the phone woth dentaprimeand they said they would see if it could be done under warranty as I had not had them long Then to be told no they were 3 days out of 30days. I then had to pay just short of 500 to have the temp teeth replaced. Its been about a 2 months and now the top are chipped and the bottom split in half.. I've tried calling just now been on hold for 30 mins and then a recording came on to say closed. Be very aware that the price quoted will not be what you pay in the end. I'm sure I will be made to pay another 200 for the bottom to be replaced. I have my finals in a month but rest assured if I don't get the sub standard temps fixed it will be my fault. I'm very disappointed in the service I have received. Buyer be ware. Let's hope dentaprime in good faith fix these after 2 months in my mouth again. My last appointment for thw replacement temps was the 13th of December. It's now the 12th of Feb and they are gone again. Complete substandard materials for the job. I'm very concerned about the quality of materials for my final teeth. Dentaprime please fix this.. its not fair. I will keep this review updated once I know more. It's always possible, and I am a one-off. Update: Unfortunately its the same old story. I have to pay another 200+ if I want it replaced. I now have to go in for final fitment and they will not refit the broken set. So I am no expected to walk around with no bottom teeth for a week or cough up the money. Disappointing but not much I can do.

Feb 08,2025Do not I repeat do not use this company my wife has had nothing but trouble since she started with this procedure. Very very poor back up service no emergency service for breakages we have had to cancel our entire weekend at more expense there only answer is we can not do anything till Monday. Get a denture repair kit. Nearly £10.000.00 in and not any help what so ever. So today the 10th of February we have an appointment which I have had to pay another £245 to get the temporary bridge replaced as there is no I repeat no guarantee they will last. The call we received today from a rude arrogant customer service who as poke yo my wife so badly. I will be going to GDC to report this company and consumer advice whatever it takes to stop this happening to anyone else please please look at the small print check contract as they will just keep taking money.
