Jul 12,2024They cancelled my surgery in April because of an allergy that I don't have any symptoms of and I have been due to get a refund of my deposit since the 20th of June, when the clinic confirmed they had gotten my bank account details. The lady I spoke to said they had 14 days to transfer me the money, 22 days and God knows how many phonecalls later I still haven't got it back from them. It is being "processed" by another department
