Jun 22,2024***************DO NOT USE**************** Take your money and communication is so so bad. They do not come back to you unless you state you are not going ahead. I paid the initial consultation fee and went to see them. I was asked on the day if I wished to go ahead where I needed time to think about it. Also the initial cost before the consultation was £7500 which ended up being near 10k or 15k for the better product. A day went by and they are on the phone asking what I want to do so I say yes and they want another £299.00 which I paid. I was then sent a contract and a health check letter. Before signing the contract I contacted them time after time again over a month with nothing coming back though promised time & time again of dates. I am not going to sign a contract without confirmed dates as this needs to arranged with time off work and booking the hotel. There excuse for no refund - I have not sent the health check letter ????? Though they have took £299.00 and sent a contract beforehand, you could not make it up. ******This isn’t going away Dentaprime******* Update:03/07/24 Dentaprime - Thank you for informing me of my part refund though I have not checked this yet. Just to clarify I have no objection of cost with dentaprime where my personal quotation was near to £15,000 which I agreed to have done hence why I paid the £299.00 to get myself booked in and the treatment started. At no point after many many times contacting Dentaprime was I given dates or I was simply given lame excuses. We understand people & businesses can be busy but not getting in touch with your customers who like me were going to spend £15,000 you at least expect good service from the start. It is a great shame as your clinic & staff were very nice.

Jun 18,2024On initial appointment I was told acrylic dentures last 3 years , replacement costs were £690 . They broke after 8 months from treatment completion , now £2600 , for acrylic replacements, also no guarantee, so if they break after a week, tough luck . Outrageous, over priced , and no guarantee, have been trying to book my 6 month check up for 2 months , 5 phone call messages, 3 what's app messages , no reply , soon as it breaks , on the phone in minutes to give rip off price with no guarantee, be careful people .thankyou for your reply your returning my phone calls was none existent, I am sure if you check your messages you will see , and as regards getting the expensive teeth I was told they have a lifetime guarantee, which you know as well as me that this is not true . 5 years is your guarantee, your customer services lady listened to the call as she did not believe he said this , no surprise to me when she phoned me back to confirm he did say lifetime guarantee. So another untruth . Seems to be a pattern , 400% increase in acrylic teeth price , upon my first visit for replacement , mine were not the only teeth to break . The only hard foods I eat are toast and apples , I avoid all sweets and chews , eat nothing hard , so yes I read all the paperwork , one of the plugs came out eating a sandwich, then broke on the implant hole , your technician was not surprised and has recommended fortifying on new bridge , so I stand by my review whole heartedly .

As for the surgical staff they too were excellent in always informing me of what was going on. Considering what I had done it, it was all in all a good day. Highly recommended.
