Apr 25,2024I forgot I had written a review after my first treatment with zDentaprime after the awful time of it I had enjured with the NHS so impressed was I... went to Dentaprime and was treated with respect and dignity ...I was extremely self conscious and very nervous but was reassured throughout the first stage of treatment ,with the dentist explaining what he was doing.It was when I went for to have the posts put in that I found myself unable to communicate. The dentist wasnt telling me what he was doing it was painful and I was unable to move for over 3 hrs. ..I left feeling traumatized and in shock not fully realising this until a few days later. I fell very ill unrelated to this so was unable to go back ?.when f did call to make an appointment I was told they would call me with one. 3 times in 3 weeks i tried to get seen but no appointment was offered , just a promise of a call to give me a date. How sad after such a great first experience it went so wrong again. I'm well enough to be seen now but I'm so embarrassed again as it's been over 18months . My prosthetic denture snapped in half today, and my implants avent been adjusted ..I wish I could be confident that dentaprime will make me feel welcome and reassured but not being given an appointment without a reason has troubled me. .... I hope this is not typical of Dentaprime and patients overall are satisfied. This was in Sept 2022

Apr 24,2024At this point I am a third of my way through my treatment. The staff are extremely busy and professional but above that personable and friendly. Remember when you go in they are real people to so give them the respect they deserve too! My dentist Andrea she is just wonderful and Giava cared for me so well as the dental nurse. Then we have the reception staff who are top notch and a shout out for James. Then Karimah & Alice in the Arrivals and departure lounge were compassionate and caring

Apr 23,2024I am having problems with contacting to Dentaprime. I have been trying constantly telephoning them, sending emails, what’s app messages for the last two days. It’s is as if they have come of the planet. I need to speak to them urgently as my implant dentures has broken. Has anyone else had problems. Have they gone bust and not trading any longer. They have taken my money and I am wishing I never went with them for treatment.

Apr 22,2024Had my top temporary teeth put in under a month ago,day 2 one of the teeth chipped they wouldn't replace the teeth said it was me grinding my teeth so I bought from them a gum shield £80, 3weeks later the teeth started cracking,tried calling all day no answer,messaged them on Facebook then I get a email wanting £245 to replace the top teeth, haven't even had that perfect smile for a day or guarantee on your teeth even if it's under a mouth I'm disgusted
