May 28,2024Absolutely awful treatment the set prices are not true!!!! You have to pay £99 for consultation then they add thousands on the package prices saying you need extras saying you have things wrong you don’t to bump up the prices,you have to pay the full price up front you can’t pay half for first treatment and half for second like advertised the packages don’t include zirconium teeth they are an extra £5000 ontop of any package they use pmma and refuse to strengthen with metal so alway break and as they are not covered by guarantee you have to pay extra to fix !!!!! They also don’t take all teeth out together you have to make one trip for top teeth another for bottom teeth costing a lot more in travel and hotel they also don’t give fitted temporary teeth they give you dentures and as you’ve had your teeth taken out you’re left with no choice the pmma permanent teeth are very very poor quality and will not last more than 12 months !!! The staff are rude and mess you about you can’t get through on phone email or WhatsApp they just ignore you and nearly all the reviews are fake and written by themselves

I could not believe it when I saw my natural and beautiful smile in the mirror! I also would like to thank all the Dentaprime surgeons and nurses I met on my long treatment journey. Thank you both women for your wonderful welcoming communication and kind support while waiting for treatment. Really recommend Dentaprime to everyone, its worth money and time. May 24,2024This is my second review. Dentaprime are really superb. You will not find a clinic in the UK who charge these prices but more than that the staff from the moment you walk in downstairs and are escorted upstairs, the reception staff, the two girls that meet you in the waiting area before treatment are just wonderful. All staff make you feel so at ease. Dependent upon what you have done, yes it’s invasive and not pleasant but the end product is fantastic. Dr Ana Gomez, who is treating me in the final stages of both top and bottom denture implants is just fantastic. Professional and gentle but so experienced and totally a perfectionist. All the dental nurses are wonderful and also professional. I cannot recommend Dentaprime UK highly enough. You cannot find this high level of expertise and state of the art equipment and perfect hygiene anywhere in the UK for their prices. I thoroughly researched this because I certainly didn’t want to go overseas to have this treatment and thank goodness for that. Dentaprime are amazing really

May 23,2024Dentaprime customer care is excellent with Karimah, Linda, Alice and all of the team. The first stage in my treatment was completed over 2 days. The surgeon, Dr Sidiq was excellent as was the nurse and also the next day with the fitting with Dr Ivan- simply brilliant. The second stage of treatment was completed on day 3 and 4 (23/24 May) where I spoke with Dr Zoltan who answered all my questions and set my mind completely at ease, many thanks. Nurse Reshme - super. Dr Khan completed my surgery of placements etc over two visits, an excellent surgeon, very precise, even my overbite was resolved. Dentaprime surgeons are phenomenal, making the very best happen for each client's needs. Mrs G

The staff in the waiting areas are great and really make you feel at ease I’ve often seen Alice and karimah who have been nothing short of fabulous and made the entire experience that little more easier.
