Jul 08,2020Update: Nach Beschwerde haben wir unseren Artikel kostenlos erhalten. Schade, dass man sich erst ärgern musste. Tolle Artikel, aber in der Kundenkommunikation ist Luft nach oben. Absolut unprofessioneller Shop an der Grenze zum Betrug. Ich habe zwei Becher der Marke Malling Living bestellt. Zunächst passierte 17 Tage lang gar nichts. Auf Nachfrage teilte man mir mit, es tue ihnen leid, man verschicke die Artikel innerhalb einer Woche. Ein-einhalb Wochen später fragte ich deutlicher nach. Nun teilte man mir mit, dass der Artikel wahrscheinlich innerhalb dieser Woche vom Lieferanten angeliefert wird. Danke, nein danke. Einmal und nie wieder

Jun 08,2020Une commande le 16 mars... Cela met du temps à arriver... je suis compréhensive en ces temps compliqués.. mais quand meme! Deux fois on me dit que ma commande part le lendemain. Et finalement, je demande le remboursement car je commence à comprendre que ce n'est pas une entreprise sérieuse! Ils me disent que le colis et déjà parti et qu'ils vont me rembourser 30% du prix payé.... Résultat le colis est enfin arrivé aujourd'hui, il manque un article sur les 3!!! ( je passe sur le fait que la qualité des articles laisse à désirer... des poufs d'extérieur) et toujours pas de remboursement paypall!! Bilan.... je me suis faite avoir! ne faites pas de meme!!

Jun 07,2020Die Webseite ist super aufgebaut und mann kann alle Möbel ohne Probleme anschauen. Ich hatte zu einigen Produkten Fragen und habe daher den Kundendienst kontaktiert. Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, guter Kundenservice. Die Mitarbeitern konnte mich super beraten und hat auch als sie nicht weiter wusste sofort eine Lösung gefunden indem Sie Rücksprache hält. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert. Das sieht man leider nicht mehr oft.

Jun 05,2020I bought some accessories for my pillows (brand = Roomox) on the 19th of April on DYH website. I still did not receive it after 7 weeks. The more upseting is that I'm sending them a mail every week (already 4 mails) and they keep on replying that the parcel will be processed within 2 or 3 days, which is obviously a lye (the first time they told it to me was on the 4th of May, more than one month ago...). Their behaviour is clearly dishonest, I think they don't have the product and keep on lying to me to keep my money...

Jun 03,2020Bonjour, J'ai commandé deux articles depuis le 25 avril, mais cette société me mène en bâteau, leur numéro de téléphone est bidon, ils promettent que les colis vont être pris le soir même par DHL, mais jamais rien ne se passe. A fuir, à éviter. Je lance une procédure auprès de mon organisme bancaire pour me faire rembourser. (D-O500549 25/04/2020)

Jun 02,2020I ordered an I-Pad pillow from this company on April 8th. I was sent a tracking number the next day. I kept checking on the processing of the tracking and nothing changed. On the 6th of May I sent an email asking where my parcel was. I received an email back saying they'd send it within the week. They did not. I sent another email on 19th May asking where my parcel was and tracking number. They emailed back saying it would be sent out within the week. It has not. I sent another email today, 1st June, as still waiting for the parcel. I ordered an item from another company which was being sent from China and it came within 2 weeks so there is no way Covid-19 can be an excuse. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and will not be using again.
