Jan 09,2019While I have only had 2-3 orders with Didriks, I have to say they have excellent systems in place to deliver customer service at a superior level. Two items I chose were things that are made by their manufacturer to order and I was kept abreast of timing to both get that item in stock and ultimate shipment. Packaging is amazing and you are assured that your item, no matter how big or small, is delivered flawlessly. I am not sure that any other company has this standard of quality in today's market.

Jan 08,2019I purchased a beautiful set of David Mellor Chelsea flatware. The set is amazing. Quality beyond anything else I’ve seen. The service was outstanding. Some pieces were on order from England but they were delivered earlier than promised. The shipping from mass to nj was basically overnight.

Jan 09,2019I was in the store for 10-15 minutes before one of the 2 woman asked me if I needed help. Then she said one of them would be with me in a couple of minutes, but another woman came in after that and she was helped immediately. Finally I am helped and I had 3 questions about different products and my questions where answered, but she was very impatient and not fully engaged. I just told her thank you but just go back and help someone else. A few minutes later I purchased 4 items and went on my way.
