May 16,2017Phenomenal company with all star employees. I ordered a Barlow tyrie set after speaking with Jonathan who was very well informed about teak products. He sold me the benefit of going with the best brand in class. Product arrived in time but one chair was damaged in shipping. The company was apologetic and send me a replacement promptly. I haven't opened the replacement package yet and I hope it is in good shape but in any event - I would do business with Didriks again and forever. Amazing product selection and phenomenal employees and customer service. 5 star!

Meghan Day could not have been of more help, not only with the cushions we ordered but also in locating an out-of-stock large Barlow Tyrie umbrella canopy to replace a broken one. Too bad we don't have anything more to order. Meghan would get my vote for Customer Service Person of the year!

Jun 22,2017Everyone who works at Didriks was great. I had to order something from Europe, and no one phoned me when it arrived, as they said they would. Easy to let things like that slip, but I finally had to call to find out that the merchandise had been there awhile.
