We went into the store to set up a summer home, and she helped us all the way ... she had great ideas a, helped us select many lovely items, was patient and also fun to work with. She also did a great job ordering the items that were not in stock, and had great follow up and kept in communication with us about getting final items to us. I highly recommend.

Broad, tasteful and colorful mix of goodies for kitchen,bath, all over home and beyond. * Staffers are both knowledgeable and highly professional with their warm, calm and *no pressure savvy. I highly recommend a visit - like myself, you'll never leave empty-handed:)

Jul 10,2017I found this site looking for Garner Thiebaut. I was thrilled that they sold the coated fabric by the inch. I ordered 114 inches and couldn't wait for it to come. It came terribly wrinkled and because of the coated fabric, ironing was out of the question. I tried letting it hang out on the table and steaming gently. It looks a bit better now, but they should have been more careful in how they shipped an expensive item. So 5 stars for what they carry and 1 star for how it arrived.

Jul 09,2017The staff at Didriks is consistently knowledgeable and helpful. The merchandise is top quality and worth the extra money, for quality that can be passed on to the next generation. An example is the lovely unbreakable stainless steel serving spoon, so well designed that it is in the collection of MOMA and a real pleasure to use for scooping out seeds and stringy flesh for a jack o lantern or for really frozen ice cream.

Jul 09,2017Didriks has high quality, nicely designed housewares, and is a finely curated store. It is a great place for a wedding registry ( my daughter registered there), or to buy a useful gift that's also beautiful. Looking forward to the new store in Belmont!

Jul 09,2017DIdriks has fantastic merchandise and the owner and the staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and pleasant. They clearly care about providing excellent customer service. My only hesitation is the prices; it's often a big stretch for me to buy there because everything is so expensive. I'm not faulting the quality. I was happy to purchase some items on sale as they were preparing to move, but even with the markdowns it was a bit above my comfort zone. That said, I wish them the all best in Belmont. I'll definitely stop in, if not to purchase, then to drool!!
