Even though the return was not in their "window" for returns, they (Meghan!) said it was no problem and told me exactly what to do. So now I have a beautiful Simon Pearce pitcher and a pair of Alessi tongs, both of which are exactly what I wanted. Great store! I try to stop there every time I'm in the Boston area (I live in New Jersey).

Jul 25,2017I was very excited to find your store...I've driven by the building for years but only upon being stuck in traffic had the opportunity to see what you were really all about. I stopped in on a Saturday and was amazed and thrilled to learn who you were and what you sold. I will be making many future appearances for myself and gifts for others. Please make your presence better known through advertising and signs on the street. I can only imagine what business you are missing out due to location and lack of proper signage.

Whether it is crystal, woodenware or silicone placemats I have bought, I have left the store feeling like I found wonderful treasures. Didriks is a delightful shop.
