Sep 09,2016Looked around at many different options for patio furniture. As soon as we walked into Didricks, we saw the furniture we wanted. Quality and style, hands-down. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable; answered all of our questions (and we had many). I would recommend Didricks to my friends. Can't wait to explore their kitchen store now!

Aug 30,2016Didrik's is an anomaly in today's retail world: a large, well-curated range of quality kitchen, entertaining, and outdoor products in an accessible location. Need stemware for 16? They have a dozen choices, all in stock. Want new linens to match your dishes? Bring in the plates and do a mock table setting. Their selection is broader than what you see in other high-end kitchen and home stores. And the staff and owner are knowledgeable and accommodating. In short, I find shopping at Didriks to be more tactile and enjoyable than buying online or in a mall. Plus, I feel good about supporting a local business.

Aug 17,2016Didriks really does carry the best brands in table top and we have always had a great experience with their customer service. Really enjoy the Local Root kitchen store as well, where we purchased a Staub pot. We love the iittala Ultima Thule glassware, and the Jars Ceramics Plume dinnerware especially. Keep up the good work!

Aug 16,2016The salespeople were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I bought 6 placemats, which were beautifully gift-wrapped but later realized that I needed 2 more. I called the store back; they found my order, and the extra placemats were at my door two days later.

Jul 28,2016Although Didricks is expensive, it is very high end quality goods. I bought a teak table, 8 chairs, a lounger and also a set of plates and glasses. I couldn't be happier with these pieces. The staff at Didricks are really knowledgeable and creative. They were great at talking me through options by listening to where I was going to put the furniture and how I was going to use the tableware. I highly recommend Didricks.

Jul 21,2016I ordered outdoor furniture and needed some assistance in choosing sizes and colors. The customer service was excellent and very helpful -- and to top it off, the delivery actually arrived as scheduled! Plus, I received regular emails updating me on the status of my order. I needed new outdoor furniture, but the store is also stocked with all sorts of dishes, linens, etc., so I will definitely be back to purchase some of that fun stuff! It should be a great place for gifts, too . . .

In all honesty, the reason I return to didriks is the excellent customer service and follow through.
