Jul 12,2016I found the additional French flatware I wanted only at Didriks. Didriks filled my order, though they had to go to the French source. And they kept me informed of when I might expect to receive my order. I am thrilled now to have the additional pieces. Thank you Didriks!

Jun 29,2016Shipping was a bit slow but worth the wait because didriks packs pieces superbly. Had an order shipped by a well known competitor and it arrived all broken. So if u dont mind a slightly longer ship time Didriks is definitely the way to go.

Jun 10,2016I bought 6 or 7 different rugs at various times to try out in our kitchen. Unfortunately, none of the carpets worked, but the service I received was courteous and efficient each time I came back to the store to return the carpets to try out other ones. The rugs, like other products in the store, are of very good quality; they just didn't look good in our room. I would recommend the store to anyone.

I received her help and knowledge as if I was the only one in the store. Ms. Day was wonderful. Didriks should be proud to have her along with great products. Jun 01,2016Didriks happened to carry a specific brand I was looking for. I had never shopped with them before, but have since place five or more orders. The customer service is excellent and the orders ship so fast. I would highly recommend them. I wish I lived closer so I could go to the actual store!

May 31,2016Didriks has a beautiful assortment of home and table goods and I always find something I need and love there (plus things I didn't know I needed but they are so wonderful, I buy them anyway and never regret it!). The salespeople (two young women in my latest experiences) are absolutely delightful and extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I will be returning to Didriks in the future! I highly recommend this store for home and table goods.
