Jan 08,2016I was hoping(against hope) that my gift would arrive at it's destination by Christmas. I ordered it a week beforehand and received an email that it would be sent out Dec. 24 which would not make it in time. I called customer service and they had it out for delivery the very next day! It was delivered Dec. 21. I was VERY impressed and so appreciative.

Jan 08,2016I ordered two special whiskey nosing/tasting glasses for my son-in-law. They arrived promptly, as described, with no issues. The fragile glasses were very well packaged, I don't think they would have broken even if the box fell off the truck.

Jan 08,2016I was looking for a house gift for a couple hosting us in Manhattan for a number of days and really didn't have a clue what to get. Therefore, I went to Didrik's because I knew that I would find something there that would meet my need and my hosts would enjoy. And that's exactly what happened. In meandering through the store, I found many wonderful items from which to choose, and then had to decide on which one to purchase. That's a lovely situation to be in - many perfect options.

Jan 08,2016My brother's Christmas gift was delivered timely, packaged well, and wrapped nicely. I appreciate the free shipping and option to order as many or few items as possible, instead of sets of 4, 6, or some other pre-defined amount. I definitely plan to shop here again.

As a photo prop stylist for national ad campaigns, Didricks has become my go-to store for modern ceramics, flatware, linens, etc. They stock beautiful, unique and impeccably crafted brands seen in magazines and on design blogs; they are the only place in the area to carry many contemporary lines. Their employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable; they seem to really enjoy working there. I spend many days shopping all over Boston, and I wish all stores could be like Didricks!

Dec 11,2015This is a gift for Christmas, so I only unwrapped one of the expresso cups from the box. It was really beautiful -- porcelain so white it looks blue, and a very delicate, beautiful texture. If the rest of the cups and saucers are all in one piece, I will be very happy with the set! (They are packed REALLY well, so I have no worries.)
