First class service. I wasn’t sure what equipment I needed but the sales team pointed me in the right direction. We bought the 4 x Eyeball Dome Camera set up. Camera's are excellent. 1080P Resolution. The system worked for a day and then stopped. After a lot of investigating we were able to ascertain that the HDMI cable that was supplied was faulty (last thing that we checked!)Bought a replacement and now works fine. Overall, very pleased with the picture quality and playback features as well as the ability to be able to watch using the app on our mobile phones.

Difficult to keep this brief. However, my first purchase was 4 years ago and the kit worked well during that time. Remote viewing is important for me and (for technical reasons) I had to upgrade. Advice from Sam, in Sales, was spot on. Jake in technical support , set up the App on my devices very quickly.....he made it so straightforward! They were both superb and easy to talk to! I will shortly be returning for an additional camera.

I found the company easy to deal with, they understood my needs and gave me all the information I asked for and quickly followed up with a quotation. I was impressed with the web site information and that was one of the main reasons for using DDS. What I was less happy with was I thought the quote given included cabling since it was never brought up, that cost an extra ££££, however it was probably my fault for not asking but maybe they should have mentioned it after all im not the expert. That is the only slight niggle and all the equipment arrived well packaged and quickly.

I purchased a complete Security System from Digital Direct Security 13 months ago. When self-installing the system, although fairly easy for a complete novice, DDS where always there and provided excellent assistance, when needed. However, I am writing this as have just contacted them, as needed some help with a new phone setup and a couple of other issues. The issue was related to internet speed and not the product that they provided, which I have now resolved. The other being a HD & IP Camera setup mix. The support team provided excellent support on my questions. Normally companies are uninterested in helping, once they have received the money. DDS are the opposite and a breath of fresh air. I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for products that DDS offer and need help from the experts.
