Sep 03,2022Ordered an item that was said to be in stock, received the wrong item, and still do not have the pedals I ordered over a month ago. Also received a deffective GE PCUP Wheel where the up-shift does not work along with Pit Speed. Overall am very disappointed with my experience. Update: Still zero response after following up multiple times. Take your business elsewhere.

Aug 27,2022Ive ordered twice from Digital motorsport now, both occasions have been nice and easy with no complications what so ever. Purchases were Fanatec podium F1 with V3 pedals and damper kit, followed by an order of a Q1 quick release hub and brake performance kit. Delivery was very quick and well packaged will definitely use again if I ever need to. A big thanks to everyone who made my transaction hassle free.

Aug 21,2022When I started to plan my new rig, I did extensive research and visited all the major sim retailer sites. Digital Motorsports stood out due to their excellent customer service and warp speed shipping. All my packages were delivered overnight- which is impressive considering Digital Motorsports is based in Ireland and I'm in the US. I'll be making all my future purchases from Digital Motorsports- can't recommend them enough!

I bought pedals and my order was flagged as a "potential security risk", while I ordered from home in London, without any VPN or whatever, and with my usual personal UK debit card. My account was debited but the company didn't want to ship the product. Am I a criminal or anything? Or do they have any issue to manage their stocks maybe? I then asked them for a refund, which I got a few days after, without any kind of reply to my message or apologies. To end, I ordered the same product from another website the 9th of Aug, delivered the 10th.
