Very quick shipping and excellent follow up when I inquired about why the shipment was delayed in customs (it actually got here just one day after it was supposed to arrive according to DHL). I was just over anxious but I received some info re. the ‘delay’ anyway. Very impressed with the response to this and other questions as well.

Great experience fast delivery and on time, i had a preorder for a podium and it got delayed but they were very supporting me and informing me all the time what is the status, fully recommended they exclude the VAT for international delivery.
Nothing to say about. It delivered. The product itself had no instruction manual and the mounting tools were horrible but that's obviously not their fault.

Very pleased with the order process and the service. I ordered a GT1 EVO and a Simrig SR1 using the "Build Your Custom Sim Bundle" feature on the website. It does a great job of walking you through all the options and getting your order the way you want it. I had one minor question during the process and it was answered promptly. Shipping to the US was reasonable and fast--everything arrived in great shape in less than a week.

I am very pleased with Digital Motorsport fast and efficient service. I subscribed to their news letter email. Got an email that they have received Fanatec stock. Ordered my CSL DD and it was shipped and arrived in South Africa 4 days later. Also worth knowing they have excellent pricing.
Stock information is wrong. Repeated delays. Not trustworthy. Update: Still lying on review replies. I did NOT order it as a pre-order item. When I placed an order it was listed as In Stock Ready to Ship. I have email proof and screenshots of the order confirmation which had no pre-order or future dispatch date. I also have email proof of Ronan Hederman stating "I am emailing to inform you that due to an admin error, there will be a slight delay on orders that include the following:" After the first delay (15 days after the original order date for products that were all SUPPOSEDLY "In Stock, Ready to Ship) due to "an admin error", there was another delay; a delay that you did not bother to communicate to me at any point. I had to reach out to you to find out what was happening. When I finally got a hold of someone, and even after admitting that the item was not in stock, not ready to ship, and not ready to be dispatched by the date that was promised to me by Ronan Hederman through email (the same date that was listed on your website subsequently after the first delay), you STILL did not bother to update the stock information and dispatch date on your website. Instead you were more interested in trying to get me to change my review. If you really are interested in avoiding any issues/confusion, maybe you should concentrate more on providing accurate stock information, or proactively communicating any delays instead of spending your time trying to convince customers to change honest reviews.
Product is excellent. Well made, easy to assemble. Post from overseas to NSW, Aus we under a week. Which I was very impressed with. Came from Fanatec V3. Definite improvement
