Jul 08,2022This company is extremely new to the sim racing field and seem to be very new to the business side as well and their service can be not up to par. Digital Motorsports was founded in 2018. The most aggravating part about this company is there "In Stock" products. This company brands their products as in stock but don't actually have possession of the products at there warehouse which can be extremely annoying to customers. If your product states an "expected dispatch date" do not expect to get that product around that time. Typically you will have to wait 2 more cycles of "expected dispatch date's" to have your item actually dispatched. I have contacted there support team and they said my order has been dispatched after the 2nd round of "expected dispatch date" which has been about a month from the purchasing date. I was extremely excited but after a couple of days of no movement on DHL I called the staff over at DHL and they said "Digital Motorsports have made a label for the item but have never handed it over to our possession." They have a skewed version of "In Stock," "Expected Dispatch Dates," "Dispatched" items than from how I would interpret them. Another thing is that half of there products on the website is "out of stock" most of the time, which doesn't give their customers much variety. Ronan Hederman, Manager of Digital Motorsports, has reached out to contact me directly for my troubles with the company and has given me a new "expected dispatch date" that was supposed to happen two days ago. Not even the manager knows his inventory which is extremely scary for customers. Take in to account I have purchased Fanatec's DD2 through their website which is about $150 more than buying it directly from the Fanatec website. Digital Motorsports claimed by their "expected dispatch date," that they would get this product about 2 months before Fanatec's website, which is why I decided to purchase this product through Digital Motorsports. But I was fooled by their skewed versions of "In Stock" and "Expected Delivery Date." Oh, and if you live anywhere in North America your better off going to another website because the shipping price is extremely high. Update: 7/25/22 I have cancelled my order with them and received the refund within 3 days. I have ordered the DD2 directly from Fanatec’s website. Since Digital Motorsports pricing was so expensive i had enough money to order next day shipping on Fanatec’s site which will arrive tomorrow and also saved $50. This company is not a certified reseller of Fanatec which is why their prices are so high, they dont even get wholesale prices for Fanatec’s products, so all in all, order directly from Fanatec if your in the realm of buying Fanatec products. I can not speak on any other products because i have no experience with how Digital Motorsports deal with them.

Jul 08,2022Another excellent experience with Digital Motorsports. I had some queries before I purchased, but they were answered promptly. The item I chose was out of stock and a reasonable and honest time frame was given for its availability. Then the item arrived substantially earlier than hoped, which was a pleasant surprise!! And while all has gone well to date with my new setup, I am comforted in the knowledge that assistance is only a call away were I to get into any technical difficulties. I highly recommend Digital Motorsports and look forward to dealing with them again soon!!

Jul 07,2022Unfortunately my experience has not been great. My order came but was missing the monitor mount and took several days to arrive when I was promised it would arrive next day in the morning. The item itself is amazing but sadly the delivery wasn’t great.

Jul 05,2022This is a really great company. I had the Warthog HOTAS within a couple of days, really sharpish delivery. Naturally, the equipment was in perfect condition, packaged beautifully, and I absolutely love using it. It's a 5* review from me.

Jul 04,2022Bought A Podium DD1 back in April received in early June but unfortunately the wheel base was faulty it will not detect any of my podium hubs that I have got and it also disconnect from the PS5 occasionally. I thought a nightmare is going to start for replacement the faulty unit cos I heard a lot of bad things about Fanatec after sale service but it didn't. Because DM after sale service is doing a wonderful job, they have quickly arranged a replacement for me as soon as their stock became available. So I have now got a Podium DD1 in perfect working order in early July. Thumbs up for sorting out a replacement quickly! Recommend for anyone who is or not a customer yet of DM because they will look after all your racing needs continually without stopping you racing.

My order was shipped next day and I received it 4 days after ordering it after shipping it all the way to the United States. Very happy with my order and will be buying from them again in the future.

Jun 27,2022An item I ordered on Tuesday of June 21st arrived at Thursday of June 23rd. They shipped it from Ireland all the way here to the middle east, so the shipping is lightning quick and they shipped it (and consequently gave me the tracking number) the same day. Also, they have a variety of brands in stock. This is probably the best store to get Fanatec products if you do not live in one of the regions Fanatec ships too, so this is a lot cheaper than using a forwarding company. Would 100% recommend this store to friends and family.
