Jun 20,2022Basically they are given a f*** about the costumers. I bought my Fanatec Podium 3 weeks ago and they donโt shipped yet. Itโs supposed to be shipped June 13th and when a tried to check my shipped status they said my product is gonna shipped just when they return from Canada. I never seen this behavior before.

Jun 06,2022When they have products in stock ready to ship for some reason they rather walk past it for a minimum of 21 days before they will ship it. Mad when it takes 2 minutes to send something. Quicker order from other countries. Only way I see to reply to your comment Sean.... Its not good business practice to have on your Website that a product is IN STOCK READY TOO SHIP if ye intend on walking past this product on yere shelves for a minimum of 21 days before taking 2 minutes too send it. As I said before way faster order from Germany France and the USA than order something from this crowd thats in Ireland where I live ๐ And Sean if I ask for a refund I clearly can't record how long it actually takes too get something from ye thats in stock ready to ship ๐๐
