Feb 14,2023I ordered the Playseat Trophy which had to ship from Ireland to the US. The order was placed on a Friday morning, received tracking in less than 2hrs, and then was delivered to my door the following Tuesday via DHL. That's less than 3 business days to my door! Not to mention, the item was on sale for an outstanding price which was equivalent to way less than (MSRP + tax + shipping) from any other authorized dealer. Now I am all set for the PSVR2 x Gran Turismo experience. Bravo, thanks a million Digital Motorsports.

Feb 12,2023Packaging was a bit damaged. And the hardware was not in a ziplock type of bag but loose in the box. (Might not be the sellers fault) Content was good and of quality. The shipping was very fast and the pricing competitive even from abroad. I Highly recommend Digital Motorsport.

I decided to treat myself to the ultimates for the sake of it not expecting a big jump , due to the sprints being so good . But wow the difference on modulation unbelievable. Jan 26,2023Digital Motorsports are Great. However product Manufacturer Fanatec have no customer care . If in UK and u order from anyone but Fanatec u will lose all warranties. This is not indicated on anything website. I fortunately have a lot of money to waste so have re purchased the faulty products supplied . Digital Motorsports are great but cannot purchase from them again due to manufacturer policy. Fanatec will be hurting their sales . What a shame. Digital Motorsports need to take action with Fanatec or lose customers. Last thing if this issue is fixed I would happily use again. Ken
