If I could zero stars I would! Do not use this company. Ordered 36 balls. 24 were faulty. Requested to return 36 due to not trusting that the others would not go faulty, refused on the 12 but they agreed to look at them and so were returned with the 24. Requested a refund. Ordered 24 replacement balls after returning the 24 faulty, due to the season already starting and needing balls for my grassroots team. This was accepted but needed to be assessed. Waited in all day for collection, not collected. Collected on 2nd attempt after waiting in all day, another day. No further communication other than a text out of the blue, stating a delivery was to be made to me from DPD by Discountfootball. Contacted Discountfootball to find out what was going on to find out 24 replacement balls were coming back to me without discussion, to replace the faulty balls. No news on the other 12. Contacted to cancel this delivery but no response until the very last minute cancelling the delivery. Agreed to refund the faulty 24 but refused the other 12. They are in consignment and I’m still waiting on their return. Likely to go faulty in the coming weeks. Refusing to forward “inspection reports” carried out! Blatantly haven’t done anything to them and doing as little as they can to satisfy customers, even though as a club we ordered thousands of pounds of balls from them. Awful customer service. Very polite in dealing with you always trying to pull a fast one in not doing what you are requesting them to do. It turns out that they only refunded 11 balls and couldn’t get their heads around the fact 36 balls were sent back. This time they responded with quite rude, factually incorrect responses and I’m still chasing up the refund 30 days after it was agreed. Do not order from this company. I’d pay twice as much per ball, rather than trying to save a pound or so using these cowboys!
This is based on a large number of orders over 4 years for Bracknell Cavaliers FC. Quality of number printing and sponsors logos has been exceptional with minimal deterioration. Last season they swapped the traditional embroidered badge, which would shrink and irritate the skin, with a heat attached badge, these badges mirror the look of the embroidered badge but without the shrinkage or irritation and have maintained the look over a full season. If the stock is available from the manufacturers we generally receive the orders within the expected lead time. Communication with our Account Manager and the Finance Team is always quick and straight forward. Ordering is straight forward once you master how to use the dedicated club portal. We recently had to renew our contract - this was unanimously agreed to do by the Senior Committee.
Absolutely awful experience. Do not order from these. They used to be fine. Part of my order was missing, my sponsors badge is missing, they wrote the wrong address on the invoice. I’m now pursuing a complete refund of a large order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
Impossible to get hold of. More than one order not arrived or stupidly late.
I was slightly aprehensive after seeing other reviews however ended up being pleasantly surprised. Fantastic range of football gear, very fair prices and quick delivery too!
just got the jersey which in all fairness, looks extremely similar to an original one. impressive! shipping lead time is a scary one. delivery took much longer than i have expected (ordered on 15 May) and tracking is complicated, am very happy though to have gotten it today and quality surprised me positively.

I ordered two items from the store as its associated with our football club. The first item was mistakenly ordered and when i went to use their 'free' returns was told that postage was not part of the 'free' bit. They also charge a 'restocking fee', which for distance buying is unlawful. The second item was faulty and while they did promise to send a replacment, it was like they were doing me a favour. Customer service was argumentntive and generally slow. I wont be buying here again!
Had another e mail saying goods will be delivered this wk tracking no given can’t be downloaded and does not say who will deliver waited since 8th December would give 0 stars but not on scale M pitt
Ordered a football kit what 6-7 weeks ago for a Christmas party all paid for and nothing to show all we get is sent out with royal mail we can do any think. My customer is going crazy and now will have to let the littles down. But we are ok jack as we have your money
Jerseys are pretty good quality. Good REPLICAS not authentic. Size appears to me true. Took about 30 days to arrive. Customer service is 0 though.
We are a grassroots junior team who used DFK for soome team wear. They have demanded another £50 fee to setup the logo for embroidery despite us already having paid a £50 fee for setting the logo up for printing. Not impressed - wont be using again.
Poor customer service on last order - Have used previously without issue but on latest order paid for bulk purchase of balls from here (ordered the exact number so all my players had a ball each) , 3 of these balls deflate really quickly and have to be pumped up before each session. Complained to the company and received zero customer service - I had to send the balls back at my own cost, they would then send them for ‘testing’ and then if they found them faulty I could get a refund or replacement. It’s a flat football! If you sell a dud, own it and sort it out quickly and efficiently not at the expensive and inconvenience of your customer. Spent hundreds with them previously, will not use again and would recommend you didn’t either, if any goods you order are faulty you will receive a “we’re crap, but it’s your problem” approach to customer service.
Emailed first to check stock of a small supply of shirts I needed. Got a reply the same day, ordered & received item with 5 days! Excellent service.
We have been using these guys for 8 years now. Brilliant products and good service. Yes you have to wait around 3-4 weeks but saving this amount of money, especially with 3 young boys, it's well worth the wait. We have had the odd quality issue in the past but this has always been rectified straight away and with zero fuss. Can't recommend enough
Discrace of a company and think someone should look into it.took my money 10 days ago only to get an email yesterday to say my items won’t be getting delivered.no apology and just didn’t care that I asked for a refund.cancelled the order and certainly won’t be back.to be honest I think they’re scamming people and I’ve reported it
Absolutely terrible service and beyond a joke when they get it wrong. Having bought a kit, 2 weeks later was told they had none left. Sold me another kit, only to send two different colours. To return the kit, the moon had to be in a total eclipse with Mars and the sun and if you had opened the bags they were not refunded. What a very poor company
As suggested below, treat customers well and they will come back. I placed an order 16 days ago, they took the money instantly & told me today the items are not in stock, with no apology ! In the meantime, I declined an offer to buy something similar elsewhere at a lower price. They tried to sell me something else at 3 times the price. Let's see, if they refund me. I know another company who pull this kind of stunt to fund their cashflow.

Dec 07,2023My son lost his football training kit. I made a temporary arrangement but needed to replace the items as soon as possible. I placed the order and paid in full. This included an exorbitant postal charge (given the size and weight of the package) which I assumed would facilitate a quick delivery. All items were marked on the website as 'in stock'. A week passed, then two, then three. I occasionally checked the order status on the website which simply stated that the order had not been dispatched. After almost a month, I e-mailed them asking for an update. They replied that there were difficulties with their suppliers (in this case Addidas). I pointed out that it was clearly stated on their website that the items were 'in stock'. Ah, they responded, this only means that they are 'in stock' at the suppliers. I appreciate that there can be problems with supply chains (they cited Covid) but none of this made sense. Given that I had already purchased replacements, I gave them the 30 day legal limit to supply the items or issue a refund. Unsurprisingly, a few days later the items arrived. Would I use this company again? Would I recommend others to use this company? Based on my personal experience, absolutely not.
