Feb 25,2022AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Worst service I’ve ever had, ordered a tracksuit that was meant to be delivered within 15 days. It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received the tracksuit, after numerous attempts to try contact the company through emails and Instagram direct message they’ve chosen to ignore every one of them. Terrible customer service! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Jan 13,2022Amy at Discount Football Kits has been amazing for us this week. Sadly a team mate of ours collapsed and passed away on the football pitch last Saturday. He was just 44 years old and leaves behind a wife and 3 children. I contacted DFK just yesterday to ask if they could possibly get 3 children's shirts with names, numbers, our club logo etc before the weekend so we can give them to the kids. Within 24 hours the shirts were made and have been dispatched to us. Thank you so much Amy and all your team for making this happen in what has been a really tough week for his family. Fantastic customer service.

Nov 09,2021I was looking for a personalised adidas teamwear top. I was guided efficiently through the range of personalisation colours which would suit the shirts white/primeblue colour. Upon arrival, the product itself was 5 star. Playing football with the adidas top (falling everywhere XD) meant one personalisation letter was 5% peeling off which shouldn't occur this early in a personalisation. I emailed their support team with images and they were happy to repress the personalisation free of charge. It has now been a year since I brought the shirt and thanks to their support and guidance I will be buying from here again.

Oct 19,2021****INFO SENT AS REQUESTED**** Would never buy again, had no choice but to buy from here for my sons college £41 for two tops plus £7.99 delivery for two flimsy tops that were light as a feather, but the worse thing is the college logo is ironed on not even stitched for that price and already not even been worn the corners have lifted so I’m guessing once my son wears them and they need washing the logo will frey and lift, awful quality would never buy again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them !!!!

I then sent Amy an email about an order I had made and she checked it out and sent me a copy of my order. Very pleased with the after sales service as a lot of companies don’t care once they have your money. Well done

Oct 04,2021I would not use this service again My son was sent a link through his college for the uniform for the sports course . We ordered a rain jacket , his chest measurement was 33” so we ordered XL Youth 33/36” It took ages to arrive and when it did it was very tight over a thin T-shirt. There is no way it could be worn over a hoodie . Several emails all saying no to a refund as it has the logo on it but there was no option to not have it put on Appalling customer service

Sep 21,2021Sent the wrong sized ball. Said they had a “glitch” in their systems. Wouldn’t send the correct ball until the old one is received back with them. A real pain to go to the post office, buy packaging, post it off, somehow claim reimbursement of up to £7:50 for postage alone and then they will send the correct ball. They won’t even issue a return label. A real hassle for something that’s their fault. Very poor customer service

Aug 26,2021If I could give 0 * I would Placing a £1250 order and the device was shocking. Can't speak to anyone coz they have closed phoneline Requested a a all via email TWICE didn't get it just emails which was not helpful when you need to actually speak to someone Taken 4 days to sort one issue Holding an order for a £20 artwork fee that was paid last year, they accused me of lying even though I have the invoice AND the gament with logo on from a previous order This company is shocking, stock levels are diabolical, turnaround is worse.... I thought Jodie was bad last year but Josh takes it to a new level I've sent proof of items I have with logo on and they can't explain it... Because it was paid for and sent out 🙄 If you can use a different company then I would advise you do so

Aug 05,2021Shocking response to me trying to make a return. A long process filling in forms and not free returns. They will also charge some admin/restocking fee. The tracksuit bottoms were way too tight at the ankle and they would not accept that there may be a fault and still requested I pay for a return or exchange. As a PE teacher I am well aware of styles and the whole team will be looking to buy kit each year but despite the cheaper prices for the goods it’s expensive for delivery and a difficult returns process. Sadly I would avoid and use another reputable company.

Jan 20,2021I have just ordered a football kit for my son who is 13 years old. As per when I was ordering online as its personalised, they’re was no AGE size mentioned there. The only sizes mentioned were S,M and L. The orders came today 20/01 and found out it was sizes 9-10 years how disappointing this is as I have waited patiently for over a month to get my order and this is what they have to tell me “unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange or refund after spending £136.85. Please I want my money back or an exchange as my son can’t wear a size 9yrs. Very poor customer service, I am not happy the way they are treating me with disrespect.

Jan 15,2021I have ordered quite a few things from here now including football strips and tracksuits. The quality of the kits is excellent and customer service is also great. At Xmas I received my sons tracksuit but unfortunately it was too small. I emailed the company who straight away sent me a larger size. The new one arrived today and I’m over the moon. Not the fastest delivery but to be expected as coming from overseas. Worth the wait though as all items are great quality, wash and last well and are amazing replicas at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend

Jan 11,2021I bought a Nike football top in December 20. When it arrived I discovered that the collar had been badly manufactured. These things happen. I contacted the company and Vikki saved the day. My mind was put at ease straight away. The top was replaced. They paid for the postage. I was impressed enough to buy more training gear from them. Reasonably priced goods and professional customer services

May 20,2022I have used this website for a few years now - buying club kits, equipment and trophies - so I spend thousands each year. I recently put in an order for branded hoodies for the kids and I needed them for the end of May. I added some XS items not realising they were out of stock. Normally, a quick email, and its easily resolved (i.e. remove the items that are slowing down the order) However, this time I have not had a response to any emails for over a week now. You can't call DFK as they closed their phone lines. So I guess I won't have the branded hoodies for when I needed them. And I won't be using this website again - it's simple respond to your customers or they will just shop elsewhere
