Placed a order for 5 items all in stock then get a email saying my no medium crew top when I had ordered xxl. Had to ring up then they said in an email after 17th March !!!!!!! For it ( give 7 to 10 days) but we’ll send it to you if you pay another £4.95 delivery charge soon as they get the crew top in stock, Avoid terrible customer service explained send me the 4 items you’ve got and because you’ve advertised it as in stock when it comes in send me it. No only when you pay another £4.95 delivery. So I have to pay for there error plus no guarantees til 7 to 10 days after 17th March. Avoid get to kitlocker.com want you see if what you get with them. So refunded me all my order.. joke of a company
Really delighted with the service help and professionalism from Discount Football Kits. We bought our original kit from them in 2016 and needed five additional shirts with badge and sponsor embroidered as before. Done perfectly, despatched on time and just great service all round. I placed an order on August 17, 2019, for 1 shirt. So 3 months later it arrives. but it is the WRONG shirt So after 4 months, I am still waiting, no shirt and no money back. They are a waste of time, don't waste your money with Snoopyball
Terrible bought a kit for my grandson they put some logo on the front-didn't want it didn't ask for logo-lost my money shirt is useless - don't entertain this company

really poor service had ordered the kits for the football team and they said they had them in stock. so I ordered £980 worth then to tell me there out of stock. rang up and emailed and they were not bothered total rubbish from start to finis.
After purchasing bibs, balls and other training equipment over the value of £150 and being pleased with the quality of the items, it's unfortunate that their returns system is really poor, they can only deal with one item at a time and are very slow to find a solution. My advice would be to double check the size of all items as it's a really frustrating experience trying to get items exchanged through this company.
After a small issue with the order and confusion over emails , the company reacted exceptionally well and have provided the service i would expect from a quality seller
Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Took over 6 weeks for order to come even though website stated items in stock. This resulted in a very disappointed wee girl at Christmas and a tough situation to explain re santa. Customer service is non existent and offered absolutely no solutions at all but instead sent me links to policies. On top of this all the items were too small despite consulting the website size guides. I will never use this company again and will be advising all parents at our club to avoid also. Disgusted!
Extremely poor services. Placed a huge order in Aug 2018. Was informed items out of stock in Sep 2018. Even though the websites states they have them in stock. Had to chase up my order eventually was contacted by DSK and was advised order would available in Oct 2018. Come Oct 2018 no items delivered. Lost out financial due to information provided by company. The company constantly lie about stock and delivery. However they are more than happy to take your money up front. I would recommend to stay away from this company. Even thought I complained about the poor services nothing was achieved.
Absolutely brilliant in terms of communication, returns, deliveries. Everything! Can't recommend them highly enough.
Ordered online. They took my money. Then days later emailed to say it wasn't in stock. So what you can order doesn't seem to tally with their stock. It's a fundamental thing, really, you shouldn't be able to order items which aren't in stock. They offered my item in a different size. Which is strange. Why would I want something that would either be too bit or too small?
Bought an expensive match football, had a manufacturing fault, clearly visible - took pictures and asked for replacement but they insisted that i pay postage for return and if their team of experts thought is was faulty they would replace and reimburse postage. What they also suggested was to kick the ball at a wall for a bit to try to knock it out.
Worst company ever! Very ambiguous with their information, there's no communication between them. Cancelled orders without letting us know - so we would've waited patiently for weeks without being told that our orders cancelled. They've 'lost' our order saying they sent it however it was just an excuse because the shirts were never in stock. Non apologetic about anything.
Very helpful staff. They do their job perfectly and on time. They are very practical and sorts out our problems effectively. We like the quality of the shirts and socks but I can not say same thing for the shorts. You need to improve your shorts’ quality.

The worst sports company I used! Constantly when you make an order and pay, then something is definitely not in stock! And then it starts an unpleasant routine! Due to the company's mistakes, you need to call on - premium rate numbers, to choose something else!
