I am really pleased with the service from Discount Football Kits. There was a slight issue with my order, but this was rectified immediately, and I received the replacement products the next working day. It's always a great test of a company's customer service when things go slightly wrong, and DFK really impressed. I will definitely be using this company for my footballing needs in the future. Ordered a new kit for Bottisham FC. Helpful staff assisted with lots of queries including different kit options and details of how old each design was, which helped to set expectations for being able to order additional kit in subsequent seasons. Orders are done through the website, which is functional if not the easiest to navigate. My kit sponsor needed to pay the invoice and the staff helped me to navigate through the process, which seemed a little clunky at first as the order had to be in sponsors name and address, then once paid, I had to contact to get the address updated. However, it all worked smoothly and I was provided with the artwork for the sponsors logo promptly once the kit had been paid for. Two other teams from Bottisham ordered kit shortly after mine, all paid by the same sponsor and these went through without any issues too. My kit was received when promised, all correct and well packaged. I have some very happy players who can't wait to play their first match in the kit tomorrow! Thanks!

I bought polo shirts and raincoats for my football club, Leyton county. I was extremely happy with the quality of the items, and they delivered on time for the first order, and early for the second. Will definitely use them again when we purchase more items for the team.

Be aware, huge payment and possibly cash flow issues. This company don't have any actual stock. They will confirm and order, send an invoice and take payment. Then they will inform you that the "supplier" doesn't have stock. This is where the problems begin. You will then enter a black hole of refunds. You will have to, no kidding, provide scanned copies of bank statements and photo IDs before they will give you your own money back. You use online banking so no statements? Your problem, no refund. Fill out a lengthy and privacy invading form and hope for the best. This was a purchase of kits for a football club and so not an insignificant purchase. They still have my money. At all points they have been unhelpful and have reminded me of the "computer says no" character from Little Britain. This was the first and last time using this company. Pro Direct for me going forwards. Be aware.

DO NOT USE - Rubbish customer service, NO communication or order progress, items shown as in stock but actually there NOT stored in there warehouse they have to order them in. Requested if they could improve on the Delivery of which they just said NO and kept on saying it's a 7-15 working days, NOT very helpful at all....AVOID AT ALL COST.....

Very prompt and quick response when I made enquiries and asked further questions. Ashley was particularly helpful when processing a refund and explaining in detail the process of delivery times, etc. Highly recommend!

Third experience with discount football kits. Really poor updates on orders. Ordered kit over 2 weeks ago, all stock items. Hoping for fast delivery for start of season. Still not even dispatched. Use another company if you need anything quick.

I recently bought about ten items of kit off Discount Football Kits for my team, and made an error in my order, to which I received an email from a very friendly and helpful member of staff, informing of my error and a solution to fix it. The matter was resolved easily through their professionalism, and when I received the garments they where of a very high quality including the embroidered badge of our club. Very happy with their service and will definitely be using them again.

I’ve been using the Discount Football Kit website for a few years now and have to say it’s range of product and personalisation is second to one. Add a layer of great customer service who always go above and beyond to meet your needs and communicate well to ensure every order is exactly as I wanted. No need to go anywhere else.
