Jul 15,2020I recently purchased 5 Nike training balls as found the cheapest price anywhere online. The items were delivered within 2 days which was faster than expected. Having inflated all 5 balls, the last one kept losing air out of the valve and deflated. I contacted them and they apologised for the faulty ball and have already sent a replacement. Phenomenal customer service and would highly recommend to anyone!!! Thanks again for making the faulty item no problem at all

Jul 14,2020Well what a fantastic customer service team. This was the first time i have used Discount football kits!!! I had placed a large order for my son and forgot to order one item that was needed, i emailed them and they got back to me with in a few hrs,Temii was a great help nothing was to much trouble as i was unsure about a few things but Temii sorted it all out for me. I think this has got to be one of the best customer service teams i have come across in a very long time. I will definitely be using this company again and tell my friends all about it.

Jul 11,2020I ordered these posts on Sunday not knowing how long they might take to be delivered because of Covid-19, I emailed as well desperate for them to arrive as soon as possible. I got a lovely email from Curt Monday who said that he would prioritise my order and would dispatch straight away. My goalposts arrived on Tuesday! Could not happier, excellent service, will highly recommend! Thank you!

Jul 10,2020They do great prices i cant fault that but make sure your order is correct as i ordered a bag of water bottles and some balls but ordered the wrong size at about 8pm at night 20min later i sent an email asking to change the size the next morning i was told it was too late the order had gone to warehouse not dispatched tho so if i wanted to exchange i would pay to return the parcel so ive just cancelled and trying for a refund i have now had my order amended by a great guy called curt who has now said they will pay the returns and also refund shipping so i am now exchanging for the right sized balls

Apr 28,2020I had a slight issue with adding items to the basket, so i emailed the team to see if they had any ideas. Liam got back to me within 10 minutes and asked me to explain my process, after an email exchange it was found that Chrome was the issue. Liam resolved my issues and continued to work in the background whilst i sorted my order out, it was a fantastic service and one i will definitely use again. I also found that Discounted football kits are actually the cheapest and had the stock in, so i saved money and experienced great customer service as well! Bonus!

Mar 02,2020Absolutely terrible service..they accepted a debit card payment which they then said wasn't possible. They allowed me to order stock they dont have, because they"re stock is not live. I had to pay by bank transfer which I'm still waiting to be refunded.. about 15 emails and no refund.

My issue was dealt with very well by Paula, she was able add the items forgotten and also keep me updated with all the products I had ordered. My order will now be sent out with very little delay. A fantastic service and a very good company.
