Apr 02,2020Sold a house of mine that completed in March 2020, and I'm really grateful to how professional they were throughout the whole process. The usual problems came up during the sale, but someone was always on the end of the phone to sort through them, and the sale completed in an excellent time frame. Excellent time, highly recommended.

We viewed a property with Dominic and he listened to what we were looking for in our 'Forever' home and immediately highlighted another property that we may be interested in. We viewed this property off market quickly had our offer accepted allowing us time to sell ours. We decided to sell through DM&Co. Having had very poor experience of other local estate agents recently I can say that this was as stress-free and a sale and purchase could be and DM&Co were key to that. All the staff (Particularly Ann who did our viewings) were professional polite and really seemed to want to sell our house from us. Ann arranged viewings to suit us and was really helpful with her feedback. Through the conveyancing process the team were on top of where each side were and we managed to move on a date to suit all parties well. Thank you DM&Co.

Being a landlord for the first time can be very daunting and I can confidently say Rob was great to work with. He took his time to explain the process, regulations and things we need to look out for. He fell in love with property the moment he saw it just as we did when we first bought it. The tenants he has found are a delight and it’s refreshing to meet people who are looking for a home and not just a house. He showed passion in his work and I will definitely recommend him to all landlord’s, as I will be using him for my next project also. From the honest and sensible valuation from Dominic, to being brilliantly guided through the initial process and viewings by Ann (who lined up potential buyers so expertly, that she found us the perfect buyer within about 48 hours of the house going on the market!), to Debbie's thorough pursuit of exchange and completion in the face of a very tricky chain. Ann and Debbie never lost momentum, enthusiasm and a willingness to help and advise whenever we needed them - even popping into our empty property when we had moved 100 miles away and were unable to check it ourselves. Dec 09,2019Having just exchanged on our purchase and sale I'd like to say how professional, helpful and friendly all the staff (especially Ann and Debbie) were at DM&CO Shirley. We had a number of unavoidable setbacks during our sale however DM&CO were superb at sorting everything including arranging new viewings on our property and dealing with other individuals in the chain. If it were not for them I strongly suspect we would not have completed on our purchase and got the house we wanted. A big thank you to you all :)

Single mom with not a lot of experience with the property market; Dominic and his team went out of their way to make my purchase as easy as possible and most importantly, got me the price I wanted for my property. I couldn’t recommend the team highly enough - a rarity to find an honest, transparent estate agent.

Dec 06,2019Very disappointing experience with D M & Co estate agents. All went well to start with after we signed up with a very nice competent young sales negotiator, however things soon changed when he mysteriously left the company without any warning or explanation. The replacement sales negotiator soon proved to be a pure novice at negotiating, leaving us in a poor situation with three prospective purchasers, even when trying to resolve matters with their director Craig Simmonds as per their policy we were given the statement “well ask yourself if you really want to sell it” that’s some business accument. I would not use or recommend D M & Co estate agents to anyone looking for an estate agent in the Solihull area.

Dec 03,2019The other agents told me there was a ‘ceiling’ price for property on my road and valued accordingly. I didn’t agree and sought a valuation from DM which came in at exactly the price I had in mind. They then promptly sold it at that price within 6 weeks!! I could have been very out of pocket if I hadn’t trusted Dominic Murphy. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again. Overall very pleased with the service throughout.

Nov 14,2019I have used DM & CO Homes in Solihull a number of times now. They sold an apartment for us in Hall Green, then Sold both of our detached larger homes in Solihull. They got top money for the houses, the marketing was top notch, and they got viewings in very fast. Both transactions were very long winded and very complex (massive chains and we were selling two and buying 1 - which fell through half way and we had to find another house!) DM&CO took this all in their stride, were always a pleasure to work with, and we completed on both. I would have no hesitation to recommend, and have already sent a few friends to DM&CO already, who have purchased houses in Solihull and have had the same experience. Top Team, Top brand, and going from strength to strength. Keep it up guys, and i'll be in touch for my next move soon!

I cannot speak more highly of DM & Co, the whole team are a great asset to Dominic. Debbie has also been fantastic, seeing us through from sale agreed to completion. Couldn't happier with the service and delighted they seem to be doing so well. Well done !

Apr 02,2020DM & Co helped to sell my late fathers home and even managed to ensure that the sale completed during this concerning Covid 19 period. At all points in my dealings with DM & Co - from my initial enquiry by phone to arrange a valuation and visit to the final stages of the sale journey - all members of staff that I interacted with and met were extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The sale particulars were developed quickly and accurately and changes and updates undertaken immediately. These particulars really did make the most of the house. Both Debbie and Ann went above and beyond when the initial buyer could no longer purchase the property; during the viewings when a potential electrical overheating issue was identified and I was informed immediately and they helped to resolve, and during the final stages of the sale which took place in March 2020, during the COVID 19 crisis, where last minute hurdles were overcome by communication with the buyer and ensuring a COVD 19 safe key exchange with the buyer on completion day. I think the main difference that I have found with DM & Co as compared to agents I've previously used, in addition to the above elements, is the fact that at no point did I need to chase them for updates or for clarification on progress with particulars, viewings or the sale in general - they were proactive and timely throughout.
