May 31,2019We used DM&Co for our sale . Initial meeting with Dominic and followed up by several members of his team on viewings . The whole team were fantastic and communication was first class. Buyer was identified by Debbie who went out of her way to ensure the sale was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I would certainly recommend them if you are looking to sell your property in the Solihull / Shirley and surrounding areas

May 21,2019Debbie Guest and DM & Co are the best I was left my Aunties house in her will and due to living 150 miles away and no need to live in the house I had no choice but to put it on the market. I was recommended to speak with Debbie Guest from DM & Co to see if she could sell the house. From the first phone call I made to the company to the last DM & Co have been absolutely brilliant. Selling the house was not easy due to buyers pulling out at the last minute on 2 separate occasions and being so far away I was getting frustrated and on every occasion, Debbie maintained her professionalism and showed understanding, empathy and consideration to my situation. She always had my interests at heart and continually kept me informed of everything that was going on, right up until we completed. She is most defiantly a true professional in this field who is a credit to DM & Co. If I was to buy or sell a house in the Midlands I would only want her and DM &Co to deal with it as I trust them completely.

Dom came out gave us a fair and accurate appraisal of our property and realistically set our expectations. The team then helped us through the process negotiated on our behalf and helped us secure our dream home. Special thanks to Debs and Ann who were always happy to pick up the phone for queries even when not in the office, constantly going above and beyond.

May 14,2019Anne Woods and Debbie Guest at DM&Co. Homes have made my first experience in buying a house a great one. I have heard some horror stories from other people who have sold and bought property but in my case it was the opposite experience. Anne and Debbie had kept in touch with me all the way through. I felt that I was in good hands all the way and they have had to go the distance in removing barriers that arose and/or explained the situations in lament terms. May 06,2019We viewed 2 houses which were on the market with DM&Co.Home recently. Ann Wood was the sale negotiator and we were very impressed by her professionalism. She was very helpful, taking time to get to know our requirements. Although neither of the houses suited us Ann assured us that she would keep us in mind when houses came on the market. We have dealt with quite a few Estate Agents in our quest to find our new home and definitely rate Ann to be the most experienced, showing genuine interest, earning our trust. What impressed us was her enthusiasm for her job.

Apr 12,2019I've recently sold my long term, large family home to down size; DM & Co were fabulous, professional, efficient and so easy to deal with! I did have other Solihull based agents out to value (all of whom pitched my property at a higher price, not sure if it was flattery or sales tactics to win the business) however, I was looking for an honest and realistic guide price, which is exactly what I felt I got from Craig and Dominic. You do see quite a few higher value properties come to market, over priced, that sit there and then get re-marketed 'reduced' 'reduced' then they change agents, I really wasn't prepared to go through that! Everything was very slick at DM & Co, from the details, fabulous pictures, and time taken to get to market. Viewings were actually booked pre-details being released from their customer data base and following an Open House and Sunday viewings (which Dominic was happy to accommodate) my sale was agreed close to the asking price. Even after I struggled to find another property (messed around by another seller and poor agent,) Dominic kept my buyer updated and reassured. DM & Co have a great team of people, i'm not surprised to see more and more Red and Black boards appearing! Thank you Dominic & Craig

The team are without doubt very professional and thorough - during the letting they kept us informed, managed issues efficiently and regularly exceeded our expectations. During sale they proved very knowledgeable about the market and matched potential buyers. Offers arrived within 2 weeks and we completed sale after 6 weeks of going to market. I would definitely use their services again.

Jan 29,2019Our experience of DM&co has changed our doubtful view of estate agents, as we have nothing but praise for the way they conduct business. My wife's elderly father decided to downsize to a retirement flat, and throughout the process of selling his house, Ann and Daniel kept us in touch every step of the way, and were very considerate of my father in law's frail condition. We were lucky in that the sale went smoothly, but we got the impression that DM&co would go out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible if problems cropped up. I never thought I'd ever give a 'Highly Recommended' for an estate agent, but that's what I'm doing! Thank you Ann, Daniel and team.

This was fully justified in how she negotiated the deal with the upmost integrity and proficiency where both parties felt they got the best. This is rare in this day and age. Once offers had been accepted everything moved swiftly on with Daniel who was professional and efficient right through until completion. Excellent customer service and maximum satisfaction.

Whilst Dominic dealt with the early interactions, it was Daniel who largely kept the show on the road (though Ann and Debbie also were a great help throughout), even despite some wobbles at other links in the chain. We love our new place, and they did a great job on every front. If we ever move again, we'll be using this company again.

The completion process was tricky to say the least with problems at the bottom of the chain - Daniel kept us informed at all times and did his best to keep the momentum going... and now we are moved and settled for Christmas. Without DM&Co's support, I would have pulled my hair out! Thank you.

Jun 08,2019They say selling a house is one of the more stressful events in your life. The team at DM & Co made everything very easy handling everything from viewings and the interaction with buyers' solicitors through to advice on pricing - they even arranged for tradesmen to provide servicing of certain appliances where the buyer required. Ann and Debbie in particular were highly efficient and highly knowledgeable facilitating a very satisfactory sale in the absolute minimum of time with very little input required by myself.
