The chain took four plus months and she kept me updated regularly and whenever I needed answers there was no stalling just action. A good customer experience,a safe pair of hands. Thank you Ann.

Mar 21,2025We bought our home through Ann at DM&Co, and she was genuine, honest and caring. Not to mention super efficient and speedy with everything. When it came to the offer, unlike all agents making us wait days and weeks, she gave us an answer within 2 hours of viewing the property. When we required assistance she was able to advise us correctly; she went above and beyond with the vendors to try and solve the issues we encountered along the way. But, probably, and most importantly, she was able to advise and counsel the vendors, having their interest in mind, and not hers. Unlike all other agents we've dealt with during our year of home hunting. everyone tried to manipulate us. If I ever had to sell a house, I'd pick DM&Co hands down. You deserve your bonus Ann!!!

Mar 06,2025I decided it was time to move house and was dreading putting it on the market as I knew it would be a long frustrating process, but was recommended DM & Co by a friend who recently sold with them and couldn't speak enough praise with the service they provided. From the first phone call to show my initial interest I was welcomed by the lovely staff, very professional as well as friendly, all the way through to my house being sold (not even a week on the market). The sale board was put up on the Monday and was sold on the Friday before the brochure even made it online. Can't thank them enough for their help in making this a more enjoyable experience, especially Emma who has been amazing every step of the way, very polite and great communication, keeping me up to date as soon as progress was being made, also Peter who come to do my valuation, well mannered and experienced and anyone else in between who was involved such as the photographer etc. I would never sell with anyone else.

Gabrielle and Chiara were extremely helpful and efficiently found me a tenant in a short space of time, coordinating with a local agent in the process. I really couldn't recommend them enough, and look forward to re-letting my place with them again later this year.

Mar 01,2025Initially I wasn't sure whether I was going to let my house or sell so I had meetings with both Amy and Chiara who were knowledgeable in their respective areas, professional and respectful of my position. I ended up selling and Amy has been excellent through the whole process. Always responsive to any queries I had and has kept me up to date all the way through. I cannot imagine that it could have gone any better. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
