Oct 10,2017Professional until the end, DM & Co. were represented by an agent called Daniel. He showed an in depth knowledge of the property we wanted to buy along with local area information relevant to our needs. This was key to our decision making process which in turn resulted in a sale.

Oct 02,2017Where do I start, from the beginning with the visit from Olivia, to the quick enquiries with Gavin, right through the process all the way to the end with Dan, I have been amazed at how brilliant they have been. If you are looking for a friendly, efficient estate agent, DM and Co should be your choice. I can't thank Dan enough for all his work, from the viewings and the amazing job he did with selling our property right at the top of our budget to keeping us updated on a regular basis with anything that was going on. Anytime i asked for an update he was on the ball and knew everything that was going on. I could go on forever with how good of an estate agent DM and Co and in particular Dan was, just make sure if you are looking for that 'perfect' estate agent, they should be your choice every time. Thanks again everyone involved.

Sep 30,2017What can I say about MD & co. MD & Co is the only estate agent I'd recommend to anyone who plans to sell or buy a house. I have experienced many other estate agents but none like MD & co, they sold my house within a MONTH when others couldn't within a year. MD & Co is great. Thank you for all your help. Amy

Sep 20,2017An excellent estate agents! They give honest valuations without all the fluff and bravado you usually get - after seeing 5 other estate agents they were a breath of fresh air! Olivia is professional, efficient, helpful, empathetic - a credit to Dm&Co Sold my house without any issues or stress - I used a different estate agents and had two failed sales and a very poor experience. Dm&Co were the complete opposite first buyers to offer through to completion and they got me an offer over the asking price! I would highly recommend them you won't be disappointed

Aug 31,2017My wife and I sold our house with DM & Co back in 2014, the process was managed in a very professional manner. We found the agent took control of the transaction from day one and kept us informed through the entire sales process. Since then I have recommend a friend to sale a family home via DM & Co and they found that due the DM & Co now being an established agent in the market place they had a list of buyers wanting to view the property, thus resulting in a sale above the market asking price in a very short period.

Aug 31,2017We chose DM&Co to sell our house after a recommendation from a friend. We're really pleased we went with them and were impressed with their approach right from the start until completion, we couldn't fault them throughout the process. We mainly dealt with Dan but also with Olivia on occasions and we were equally impressed with both of them. They both managed to strike the perfect balance - friendly but professional, positive yet realistic, and their knowledge of the local area was clear to see. It was refreshing to deal with proactive and enthusiastic staff, who always made us feel like a valued customer. We were given regular updates and never had to chase them for anything. We have since gone on to recommend them to another friend who is looking to sell. I'm not sure many other estate agents could meet the high standards they've set. Thanks to all of you - if we ever sell again we'll be in touch!

Aug 30,2017DM & Co delivered what they promised without a contract clause. All the staff were not only professional but very respectful and always available for any questions. In particular the communication skills and regular updates from Daniel Brookes whom I mainly dealt with was exceptional. From past experiences DM & Co would be the only estate agent that i would be comfortable to recommend.

We also took advantage of their mortgage broker, who for first time buyers made mortgages/finances a lot less daunting! Aug 15,2017I've moved home about 12 times and always been disappointed with the estate agents . NOT WITH DM! They're really nice, very professional and have great strategies to help sell your house quickly, at the best price. Mine was on the market for about 2 weeks and I had 3 simultaneous competing offers. Post sale, they went the extra mile to help smooth the path to completion. Was refreshing to see an energetic young man with lots of information on the property, he'd gone to a lot of effort, windows open, lights were on and didn't follow me around which was nice, if i was the vendor i would have been impressed too, a nice balance, not too pushy, not disinterested as some can be, a refreshing chance well done DM & Co, thumbs up from me!!!!

Aug 15,2017We were recommended this small estate agency and we were originally apprehensive about using them at the time, and considered staying with a larger well known company, however I am so glad we stuck with them. With these guys you get such a fantastic personal and one to one approach that many of the other companies lack. Each viewing there was always someone with me and there was always a friendly voice with each of my stressing and numerous calls. I did order them with so many calls!!! Not once did they show signs of annoyance from my persistent questions which I had received from the bigger well known names. And how fast and hard they work!!! 3 offers within as many days! Despite previously being with a larger company who hadn't even got the ball rolling within a week! And it doesn't just stop once they have your money, the after care is second to none and I honestly cannot fault them. Hopefully we won't be moving elsewhere for a while but would not look to use anyone but them if we do! Thanks so much for helping such a stressful and manic time be so easy and smooth.

Aug 15,2017I have had numerous dealings with DM & Co. My in-laws were trying to sell their property with another agent but were having no luck at all. I recommended they spoke to Dom and DM & Co, which they did. DM & Co took over the the sale of the property and sold it straight away, no hassle... I also toyed with the idea of selling my property so asked Dom to assist. They carried out a valuation for me and were extremely efficient with the process. In the end I decided not to sell, but would highly recommend DM&Co to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. In my opinion they are by far the best estate agent in Shirley/Solihull... Keep up the good work guys

Every aspect of their service was delivered in a timely and efficient matter. In the end I decided against selling my property, however would thoroughly recommend DM&Co's service to anyone who's considering it.

Great customer service through regular communication. Gareth also very helpful and friendly. So much better than other estate agents i have used!
